拋開房間設施不談。在前台辦理入住的時候。前台工作人員要我幫助她完成任務。幫我註冊了一個會員。花費49元充值了一個會員。操作完成後又微信轉給我49元。我是出於禮貌與好心幫助她完成了任務。今天半夜被手機訊息吵醒。發現華住會在違背會員本意的情況下。未經消費者同意。三更半夜自動預訂房間。我點開預訂訊息後發現預訂酒店的訊息都是我本人的訊息。預訂的酒店還是你們店的。細思極恐。需要酒店工作人員給我一個解釋。
