I had an exceptional experience at this stunning hotel! The beauty of the place was matched by the incredible kindness of the General Manager. Despite arriving late after a challenging bike ride through rain and wind, I was greeted with warmth and generosity. Even though the restaurant was closed, the General Manager went above and beyond, treating me to a meal. Such gestures truly make this hotel stand out as a beacon of hospitality and care.

房間設施：房間寬敞明亮，床鋪超級舒適，衞生間乾淨整潔，房間配套完善，房間風格舒心。
餐飲服務：酒店的餐廳提供的美食種類繁多，口味地道，早餐種類豐富，特別喜歡早上的熱乾麪！
服務態度：每一位員工都面帶微笑，態度親切，讓人感到賓至如歸。無論是前台的諮詢還是客房服務，都響應迅速，解決問題高效。

酒店環境很好，和圖片上是一致的。酒店位置在小鎮對面，屬於鬧中取靜。服務員態度很好，有問題馬上解決了，房間是含兩份早餐，但我們人數超過兩人，免費送了我們幾份早餐券，免去了我們到鎮上去找早餐的困擾，非常感謝！

此次是兒時同學相約出遊，紅安雖然不是頂流，但是到達酒店依然有些震撼！服務方面，前台小江很是熱情，看我們帶了小朋友，還為我們升級了親子房。找她諮詢當地特產及風土人情，也是不厭其煩地一一解答。為她點贊！！酒店方面，是某央企掛名的主題小鎮，臨河而建，自然與原始相結合。酒店房型多樣，各有各的特色。但步入大堂讓賓客有歸家的感覺。早餐品類雖然不多，但是相對於當下，足夠滿足。值得再次入住！

設施的細節很用心，衞生條件也是這個位置的頂流，早餐的粉好吃。但房間空調晚上不停的響，房間也容易進蒼蠅，建議提高衞生和電器設施的條件。
