Extremely satisfied with our stay here. Very comfortable, spacious rooms and modern rooms and well worth your buck. The hotel were very helpful and gave us a free ride to the bus station to get into Yellow Mountain (less than 5 minutes) and explained what we needed to do. Breakfast in the morning, although Chinese, was very satisfactory. We would definitely stay again.

避雷這家店 住過的全季裏面最爛的 ‼️
我訂的套房 可住三人 我和父母一起去住兩天 到店後衹給一天兩張餐票 怎麼都不願多給一張就算它詳情頁寫的可住三人 工作人員説這個是平台給的優惠再加一張的話原價是30一人現在做活動49兩天 我就買了 買的時候才看到根本不是什麼餐票錢是開華住會會員的費用
進房間後第一件事把衣服掛起來結果五個衣架裏面兩個都是爛的衹能讓工作人員再送 房間裏面可以説是破破爛爛 很多東西都是爛的 這麼大個連鎖店 就算是18年開業到現在這麼長的時間都不升級一下的嗎！
我訂套房就是為了跟爸媽隔開他們睡主卧我睡外面 結果最離譜的來了 外面的床邊沒有充電插座！要充電衹能去窗户邊上的小躺椅後面充 並且主卧的燈連着外面 主卧關燈外面燈就關了！ 唯一在外留着的一盞讀書燈也因為床邊沒有插座衹能在靠窗的地方開 這兩天晚上就是把手機提前充好電開閃光燈當燈用
隔音還差 我們住九樓我帶耳塞 樓下小孩吵鬧可以聽見 門口人聲音大點也能聽見！
廁所連換氣都沒有！
過年期間一間房九百多一晚的價格住的我每天晚上想到這些問題就煩的睡不着 出來旅遊就是想住舒服點 結果住宿這個事情搞的人心情極差 來旅遊的朋友建議你們找點新開業的別的酒店多看看吧 老品牌也不一定值得信賴

真的超級差，一進去衞生間一股惡臭，非常刺鼻，連同整個房間都有惡臭的味道，洗浴水龍頭的水一會熱一會冷，小孩洗了個澡説很冷，打電話給前台，前台告知這季節的蟲子有很多腐屍，可能是這個味道，我要求換房間，前台説可能每個房間都有，要求退房，前台勉強説換一個，緊接着換了一個房間，保安説其他顧客都有反應這個問題，可能整棟樓下水道有問題，果真是，換了一個房間還是一樣的味道，弄來弄去洗了到晚上11點了，小孩要睡覺就沒有退房，孩子晚上不停咳嗽（孩子並未感冒），床上被子可能導致過敏的原因，總之體驗最差的一家，不建議大家選這家
