The staff at this hotel are terrible and not helpful. I have lost the room card key and the receptionist demanded RMB 50 to replace the lost room card. However, there is no written policy on how much the room card replacement costs. I have to negotiate to lower the charge to RMB 30. I think the staff was not honest about charging the lost room card replacement. The single room is fine to me.

酒店房間空間大，衞生乾淨，離屯溪老街不遠，前台服務也不錯。自駕的停車，要開酒店後面自己找地方隨便停，免費，找不到地方，再找保安幫忙。

衞生一點都不乾淨，設施設備都非常老舊的，環境也非常差勁的，服務態度極度惡劣，太差勁了，做為服務行業值得反思，前台的醜女服務態度非常差勁的可以換掉了！非常影響心情！

房間衞生乾淨整潔，服務態度很好很好，房間隔離還是不錯的……房間的布草一客一換，客房阿姨也認真的！我住了兩天也可以延遲退房就跟前台接待人員説一下就可以的也不加費用！

離屯溪老街很近，窗外就能看到江景。免費停車，衹是門口不能停。設施稍舊，床品衹有一個枕頭，且很薄舊，坐在床上倚靠不大舒服。
