The front desk service at Crowne Plaza was fantastic and very welcoming. A special thanks to duty managers Xiao Zhu and Xiao Hu, who were incredibly thoughtful, understanding guest needs, and proactive in their assistance. The Crown Hotel was absolutely fantastic; my perfect experience began right from the moment I checked in!
