Super location and very nice staff. We ordered an airport pickup to the hotel with the trip app and our driver contacted the hotel to let them know when we arrived so that a staff member could pick us up by the road. Super cozy streets around the hotel. My room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good, noodles and dumplings. On our second day we asked the staff to recommend a driver to take us to different hot spots and we got a very nice driver at an affordable price. Will definitely stay here again.

We were not too sure what to expect from our first China trip so it was with much relief to receive such warm welcome and care when we reach our accomodation in Tunxi. Not only is our hotel a beautifully well-kept centuries-old heritage building, the service rendered by the staff was the highlight of our trip. They made special arrangements for us to have our breakfast (and it was a awesome breakfast too!) earlier as we were trying to reach Huangshan as early as possible. On our way back, we decided to stay one more night here as my friend was unwell. It felt like we were coming home, when we reached the hotel the second time. The staff even helped us to find a drugstore for us to buy some medicine to treat the stomach upset. My friend was really grateful for help rendered. Loved this beautiful historic homestay. Clean and neat and beautifully decorated. Welcoming host who spoke great English and comforting breakfast. the second bed was a bit hard for our family that is not used to hard beds, but the other main bed was fine. the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. the location is ideal for exploring the old street

We spent 2 nights at the Crowne Plaza on our trip to see the Huangshan Mountains. The location is not very ideal however. The staff were kind enough to help us English speakers. Of course there were some misunderstandings, but they accommodated as best they could. Breakfast was ok too, noodles were the best.

I cannot praise this accommodation enough. The owner Sister Zhu went above and beyond (like way beyond) to ensure I had an amazing stay in Huangshan. From helping me organize my day trips (even after check out), finding drivers, to just making sure I see the local highlights. Her enthusiasm made my stay really memorable! The accommodation itself is really well situated on Old Street and my room was quite comfy (amenities as expected for price point). Good restaurants and shops are a stones throw away and I enjoyed walking through Old Street at night when it was more quiet. I would definitely recommend this place, especially because of Sister Zhu!

Because I brought my child with me, I asked the owner and he said that the latest check-out time is 1 o'clock...
