The hotel's service is very good. The bigger room for 3 person with window see view. The good quality of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel which the big bottle. I was very impressed with the service. This hotel nearby Mount Hua. The hotel pick up our at High speed railway station (Huashan north railway station) and send us back to the railway station too. Moreover hotel free service to send us to Mount Hua. If I come to Huashan, I will come to stay at this home again and I will advise our friends to stay this hotel.

The hotel is newly renovated. The room is well designed and super clean. The breakfast offers many choices including organic vegetables and eggs. The service I like the most is the pickup and drop-off from the train station and from the Mount Hua entrance. You just simply call them to arrange a pick up time but only if you have a Chinese phone number. Only hiccup is the front desk phone number listed on trip.com, is not the actual front desk number. The call will not be received. I had to use the hotel owner’s WeChat for communication for pickup. All staff are very friendly, strongly recommended! I really appreciated their hospitality. The owner’s WeChat is attached if you need to reach him to arrange pick up time directly.

The nicest part is that they provide free transport to railway station and the visitor center. The rooms are surprisingly well furnished. We took 3 rooms, only 1 had heating fully working. The other 2 had warm air blowing but the room didn't warm up. The outdoor temp was -4C. They seem to allow smoking in rooms with ashtrays provided. So I guess they kept a window open for that reason. And the cold air in. Breakfast was simple but adequate.

The room was nice, new, clean and comfortable. However the food in the restaurant was very disappointing. Especially the breakfast which was empty of all food and was a mess when we arrived at 7:50am. We had paid for this breakfast for two mornings and were unable to eat it both times. Its very frustrating to not receive the breakfast that we paid for and then have to go out and pay for another breakfast elsewhere.

The chef cooks delicious, ate some stir fried rice. HuaShan mountain is just literally at the back, very beautiful

We chose this hotel based on good review and we were not disappointed! The hotel provides free pick up and drop off at Huashan Railway station. Also free drop off and pick up at the Huashan scenic areas entrance which makes it really convenient. Free hand gloves are provided for the Huashan climb which is very much appreciated. The hotel boss also helped us to purchase Huashan entrance rickets and cable car tickets when we had problem doing it ourself. The hotel has an in-house restaurant that serves delicious local dishes at reasonable price. We were happy to have all our meals there during our 2 night stay. Hotel room and bed is clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
