民宿位置沒得説，小徑灣觀海軒7棟高層，無遮擋，一線海景，風景超美超值，下樓也很方便，到一樓後走幾步就出小區，然後直接就到小徑灣商業區，麥當勞吉野家星巴克啥的都有，很方便！
但是！衞生真的堪憂😂 有小蟲子這些倒是正常，海邊民宿不可避免，但是廚房櫃門一打開，地上超級臟，還有積水。拖鞋更是，已經被踩扁且超級黑，建議老闆買幾雙新的，或者用一次性的吧😂

房間設施較舊，馬桶蓋還靠不穩。一家人，剛開始定了雙床房，結果吃個飯回來床上就有蟲子在爬，反饋了管家説是外面飛進來的，可是門窗都是關的，20多層怎麼飛上來，鬼扯。然後給我們換了大床房，我們4個人擠在一張床上，也沒有給額外的被子，也沒有退給我們房間差價。再也不來了。

房間空間比較大，但是衞生堪憂。躺在床上渾身癢，特別癢，翻身接觸床墊的地方都會覺得癢。凌晨三四點和孩子才睡着，是因為把被子鋪在了床上，沒有被子蓋這樣才睡着，陽台上還有蟑螂。和店家溝通，沒有一句抱歉，説統一草鋪清洗，統一消殺。我們住了那麼多酒店民宿，這是感覺最不舒服的一次。
