兩間房，先是床單發現頭髮，男人和女人不同長度的頭髮。後面被子上爬了兩衹蟑螂，牆上和地面上都是蟲子，一晚上膽戰心驚沒睡好。提出換房間也沒房了，本次旅行最差的房間沒有之一，大家謹慎。

在居民樓裏面，外部環境不怎樣，但民宿內部挺好的，一次性拖鞋和洗簌用品都有提供，有電視有空調，也很乾凈，總體不錯的

從哈爾濱去草原，中途休息就找一家民宿，想可以自己做點飯啥的。結果這家是一間4室的居民樓的單元改的民宿。我們住的房間也和酒店的差不多，沒有能做飯的地方，就是一張大床一張小床的“親子房”！然後，停車很不方便，不能進家屬區，因為是外面的車輛。就衹能停在外面大街上，然後我們過來的下午那個時候車很多等了很久才停上車！這點下次真🉐提前問問停車場的情況再決定住哪裡！好在店主很熱心，一直不嫌煩的電話幫忙，謝一下！

這家民宿真的是挺滿意的，房間乾淨舒適，每個房間都配置了衞生間、不用因為洗澡排隊、房東人也很好、為我們旅行提供了很多有用的建議和幫助。最重要的是，這家民宿的位置非常便利，城市中心，景點附近周圍有很多好吃的餐廳和景點，交通也非常方便。推薦這家民宿、停車有點擁擠呦.

新開業的，房間很好價格也不貴，所有物品床單被罩都是全新的，老闆人也很好，很熱情，周邊遊玩的地方也很多，海拉爾最大亮點古城近在咫尺，是一個值得入住的地方，周邊美食也很多，周邊一應俱全。

這個樓有電梯，但是沒有房東的門禁，上不了樓，民宿開的有點兒急，很乾凈，特別配的一次性浴巾，什麼都不錯。必須給點個贊。但電視什麼都沒裝好。小區不讓進車。周邊車位也緊張。
