Staff was friendly but rooms need to be updated badly I was in a corporate room it didn't look corporate to me no coffee maker mold in the showers old style tube TV breakfast room was closed no nothing

The initial pictures are click bait. They charge you a $100 security deposit when you get there, despite the fact if you made a reservation and paid online. There was overflowing trash outside. The bedspread had cigarette burns in it and the room didn't have wash cloths just towels. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I almost expected to see street walkers arriving.

It was dirty. The 1st room had no lights so I went to the office to change rooms. The desk clerk looked at me like I was crazy, but put me in another room and the heat didn’t work so I went to another room. I ended up there but there was no hot water. It was the worst experience.
I could only sleep for a couple hours because I felt so gross. When I woke up there was bugs!
Also I told the clerk he overcharged me and he said he had to wait for the morning and then in the morning he said I had to wait for the manager but I told him I was leaving. He finally gave me back the money but never apologized, never thanked me.
I still feel so disgusted.
Can home, washed everything 3 times!
The scariest, worst experience.
I get not being new but clean the place, make sure the outlets work, heat and water.

Really bad place to stay, full of bed bugs. Reached late and crashed on first night. Asked to change the room, but another one too full of bugs, I guess management just dont care about it. Bed sheets were full of bug kill burns and holes, management didnt care to change and buy new one to replace it with new fresh ones.
Locks on the rooms using cards could deny you entry anytime. Got fresh card every day and had to keep trying to enter rooms for like 5 times and only one attempt would work.
Bed hurts and no comfort of good comfortable sleep with no comforters. Cold below freezing temperatures and just a mattress protector given for you to protect from cold. Old kind of 90s manual room heaters would either make you feel living in heated desert or starting AC would send you to north pole.

The location was good for us but the service was terrible.
The staff never welcomed us, didn't get up - just pushed an index card under the glass window for us to fill out.
Their were no pillows on the bed, we had to go back and ask for them and they gave us 2 of the flattest pillows I ever saw. No fitted sheet on the bed - they used a flat sheet that just kept bunching up - cigarette holes in sheets and the TV didn't work the whole stay. We went to the office 2 more times and got no help. Towels were yellowed and stained. It was all so disappointing to say the least

There was crusted fecal matter around the bathroom sink. Bathtub dirty slimy. Strong cigarette smell. Room ceiling had some spider like web.

There are no words on how disgusting and scary this plant was. Moldy mini fridge moldy lamp shades. Doors that dont fully close. Giant spiders that in the bathroom, crickets that chirp all night and morning. When I called travelocity to switch hotels all they did was allow them to switch my room. Still disgusting and all the problems aside from a fully closing door.

Place needs to time warp out of the 60’s. Place dirty,old, everything broken. Toilet didn’t flush. Horrible
