A decent stay and a good base for exploring Mount Heng. Nothing fancy and a bit tatty, but if i came back i would stay here again

酒店設施，周圍環境，前台接待服務，客房衞生等都很好。距離恆山景區及懸空寺景區很近，開車十幾分鍾。酒店的早餐非常棒，院子裏有停車場，自駕遊最愛。不要太驕傲，繼續努力，加油哦！

五一兩間大床房，單間單價550+，當我進入房間覺得非常夢幻，首先夢幻的是前台女服務員的着裝，西服的內搭領子太低了；其次是房間設施的老舊，門、牀頭櫃、電視、馬桶、門鎖等等，你所見到的都不能更破舊了，馬桶圈大小和馬桶不匹配，馬桶圈泛着黃色，漏着馬桶邊，這怎麼用………；然後是隔音，我可以清晰的聽清相鄰房間的聊天；還有就是服務，這個服務我很難評，因為有熱情的服務員，也有頭腦不清楚的，這個酒店完全不提供500+酒店提供的任何服務，包括冰箱冷藏等；最後，也是最崩潰的是衞生，發黃暗沉的毛巾，衞生間泛着銹跡斑駁的水龍頭和淋浴噴頭，昏黃髮黑的地磚……

酒店位置不錯，離古城不遠，在主街上，乾淨。房間舒適暖和，無煙味兒。早餐吃好吃飽沒問題，品種豐富。服務挺好，獲獎無數。住宿分三個區∶翠閣、恆閣、新閣。翠閣臨街，住了朝街房間不感到吵，隔音可以。到是晚上有團入住，在過道大聲喧嘩，關房間門聲音很大，成為此次入住唯一體驗差的。淡季價格有點高，可能位置好吧。停車方便，入住時趕上婚宴，就剩一個車位，走時有很多。冬季渾源最大問題就是因燒煤取暖的空氣污染。特別在早晚，空氣中瀰漫著濃重的硫磺味，讓人想起小時候。酒店中餐廳的過油肉很棒，是在山西吃過的過油肉中勝出者，早餐的羊雜也十分地道不容錯過

離懸空寺非常近，開車也就十多分鐘。工作人員服務都挺周到的，剛進酒店門口的保安很健談，和我們説了下什麼時候去懸空寺最合適等等。這個酒店好像是當地一個餐飲公司，有自己的飯店酒店還有超市，我們是當天決定換住宿的地方當天訂的兩個標間，都挺乾淨的，裏面東西很全，出門口就是外面街道，買東西方便，一樓就是餐廳，早餐很豐富的，還有現做的餛飩。我還吃到了一個沒吃過的當地的特色小食，廚師説是用麪粉和土豆一起炒的，叫什麼忘了😂😂我覺得還挺好吃的哈哈😄！

離景區近，酒店性價比高。在酒店右邊進入有免費大型地面停車場，進去還有地下停車場，離酒店幾百米有不錯的飯店，酒店一樓早餐供應非常豐富，品種多、味道好，水果，飲品，西點齊全，小蛋撻做的不錯。

因工作出差入住這家酒店 聽朋友推薦的説這家酒店很好 從網上看到有特價房 還以為是很次的那種 結果還挺出人意料 房間環境很乾凈 特意選了間能看見太陽的房間 給人暖噗噗的感覺 房間裏還貼心的備着咖啡紅茶 前台怕外地人聽不懂本地話 一直用的普通話 服務很周到 總體來説 住的很舒心 下次出差還會住這家酒店！！！
