The hotel is amazing! The staff is very welcoming, always smiling and helpful. There are a lot of pools and the beach is amazing. There is a huge variety of meals you can try and everything tastes amazing. I feel at home in this place and I will definitely come back :)

This hotel is amazing! The location right by the beach is perfect, and the pools are huge and so much fun. The rooms are beautiful, super clean, and really comfortable. What truly makes this place special is the staff—they are incredibly friendly, and the animators bring so much fun and energy to every activity. Whether you want to relax or join in on the entertainment, there’s something for everyone. I had an unforgettable stay and will definitely be coming back!

The White Valley Palace is perfect for couples seeking a quiet holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of busy Hurghada, but still with a quiet charm. It's impossible not to love this hotel because everyone here is willing to make your stay unforgettable. A particular mention should go to Hasaan at the front desk. We arrived, and the holiday company had 'forgotten' to let the hotel know in advance. No problem! Not only did he sort everything out with the travel company, but he also made sure we had the best room as compensation. If you love to speak to local people, working in hospitality and wanting to make your stay amazing, then this is a hidden gem. And if you're from the UK, they love you even more. Another top tip is the beach. It's so peaceful but there is also lots to do if you have a family. Wonderful.

I was there with my best friend on a trip for the first time. It was very good vacation in egypt. This hotel is clean and soo big. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds and bathtub and beautiful balcony. We going home with chilled mind after this vacation thank u for very good spend holidays.

In this hotel i was for the first time and it was sooo good. I really enjoyed this time. Stuff was super friendly, rooms were clean, food was perfect with lot of choices, beach is clean and the pool was clean also. There is very fun animation team with lot of activities all day.

It was very beautiful hotel (perfect word it's a paradise for me) I was there for week with my children an do I was enjoy so much and I like the food there but I waht I like is a beach it was very clean and no so deep and I can see a lot of type from the fish and my room it was so clean and girls from mini club there soo friendly (Assia ) she’s was really nice
