"This hotel is in a resort, suitable for a relaxing holiday⛱️. The security is very high, and the room is very clean and fragrant. You can see the sunrise from the room in the morning, and the hotel service staff are very responsible. We played in the hotel swimming pool at night and forgot our bag by the pool. The hotel staff found it and handed it to us (in fact, we didn't know the bag was lost), and counted and confirmed the cash and ID card in the bag✅. It's very touching😹"

The buffet dinner is better than breakfast, but drinks are not included (you have to pay extra for drinks). The hotel is large and beautiful, but it's easy to get lost. There are some good sports classes (for a fee) if you don't go out to sea, as well as some free ones."

"I have once again returned to the hotel . unfortunately i was diagnosed with food intolerance before my trip.so i would like to put other travellers in this situation at ease.i spent two weeks at the hotel & had no issues at all with my gluten & dairy free diet.all the restaurants where more than happy to assist me & adapted as much as possible for me due to my food requirements.i went to all the specials restaurant.all you need to do is let the manager no what you can't have before ordering your meal.i don't feel like i went without anything during my stay.so thank you for your assistance & making my stay as amazing as always . The reason i will return to this hotel is due to its cleanliness,food quality, facilities & most of all the amazing staff that work so hard to make everyone's stay the best it can be .that goes from the very top to the bottom.so i will return in the near future."

"We have been staying at The Grand Hotel Hurghada for several days. The towel service here is very bad. You can only get towels once a day, between 10:00 and 10:30 am, and only from your room cleaner. If you don’t know this, you get no towels. That’s what happened to us. We asked the staff many times. First they said “come back tomorrow.” Then they said “come at 12 pm.” Then they said “not my job, ask someone else.” In the end we got only two towels for four people. We needed two more, but every staff member we asked had no towels either. Because of this, we have been using the same towel for three days, in three different rooms. We could not change it, because there were simply no towels to give us. This hotel has no real towel service, like other good hotels have (for example, a towel station at the beach where you get fresh towels easily). Here, nothing like that exists. We cannot recommend this hotel right now."

Two little things though, make sure not to get a room on top of restaurant, fab views but kitchen smells if you stay on balcony. Speeches are mainly in German, an English shortened version would be appreciated for non German speaking holiday makers :) But all in all, bravo! Super place!"

"The hotel in general is beautiful and its location is excellent, the restaurant is luxurious and the food is varied, the room is easy to enter and exit, and the view of the room is very beautiful. My most important comments are: 1- The cleaning staff entered the room under the pretext of cleaning. This was an hour after check-in!!! 2- The presence of reptiles (geckos) 🦎 inside the room and in the corridors 3- There is no private beach near the hotel. There is a distant, unclean, and bad beach. You need a short boat trip to reach the beach"
