First time we came in Egypt and we were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very beautiful and clean, the food in all of the restaurants was very tasty. All of the employees were so kind and always ready to help you if you need something. The staff on the reception were very kind too, especially the boy named Ahmed Aboulwafa he was always there to help us for whatever we needed. The room was big comfortable and clean.

as usual albatros group one of the best great stuff specially Mr. Nabil in reservation very helpful...family room is big enough with a good sea view,food has a variety in the main restaurant VR is a new experience you should try it ....special thanks to Albatros Makadi stuff

Just Returned from a 10 day Holiday with family of 13 . Adults Teenagers and children . We all had an amazing time at this hotel . Staff were all really helpful accommodating friendly and extremely hard working. The hotel is very clean .rooms Pools and all surrounding areas . This is a lovely hotel but a few minor changes could make it a great hotel . This is not a criticism just some positive feedback. Another toilet block near to the main pools is needed . The stake house which is classed as an Al a carte should be what you would expect from an Al a carte and have table service. Ice cream should be available at all pool bars not just available at the water park. Other than these few minor changes we could not fault this hotel . The only major problem we seen while we were there is rude Guests . Guest that were speaking and treating staff so rudely is unacceptable. People piling there plates up with ridiculous amounts of food that was not eaten and left on tables was rude and wasteful The staff all work really hard and are a credit to the hotel and do not deserve to be spoken to so rudely. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to book as we had an amazing experience at this hotel .
