This hotel is very cost-effective! The room is large. The service staff are very polite. The manor environment is very beautiful. The swimming pool, beach and party are all very good. The food is not suitable for Chinese tastes, but the food here is like this. The desserts are delicious! I am an i person and I became an e person here. I dance with people from different countries. No one cares how you dance. Everyone is so happy. This kind of relaxation is not available in China. I really don’t want to leave.
Because the room is on the first floor, it is a bit damp and some quilt covers and sheets have pilled. The facilities are not very new. I suggest that you book a higher-priced room type. It is not much more expensive. My friend booked a room a little more expensive than me. It is on the second floor. The view is good and it is not so damp.
In short, I am very satisfied and don’t want to leave. I will be sad for several days after returning.😭

The room was very beautiful and the manager upgraded the room type for us free of charge. This hotel is really worth recommending because 3 meals are all-inclusive and the food is very rich. We were given a fine dining restaurant experience late on Valentine's Day. Overall it was great 👍 Come back next time!

I stayed at this resort for a week and it was the moast relaxing and fun experience i had. The location is perfect, located on a hill so that you can see the sea even from the main restaurant. The gardens are beautiful, there are a lot o trees and flowers. There are a lot of pools and a beautiful beach where you can do snorkeling and see the most amaizing fish and corals. The food is very good and varied. The staff is very kind and nice. The rooms are very clean and nice. And the animation team is amaizing and fun! There are a lot of partys durind the day, at the pool or at the beach, and shows every night with a lot of dancing, good energy and wonderful people. So i will definitely come back.

It was our 4th time at Serenity Makadi Beach. It really feels like our second home ☺️ The quality of the food is great, the gardens our beautiful and the beach is just great. I little piece of paradise on earth. And of course the friendliness of the staff is super! Many thank again to Ahmed Sayed, Emad Hamdy, Ahmed (Baywatch) and many many others. We can recommend Serenity Makadi Beach to everyone who really want a 5-star luxurious stay in Egypt C U next year ️☀️

A thoroughly enjoyable holiday at the start of January 2024. The resort is very quiet at this time of year which I think made it all the more relaxing. Sunshine for all 7 days and the snorkelling from the jetty was superb. I particularly enjoyed the relaxation pool and sitting at the swim up bar having a few drinks. Food has been excellent throughout with plenty of options - including for my vegetarian wife. Every single member of staff made us feel welcome. The grounds are kept beautifully maintained and it was lovely to walk around during the day. Whilst I was at the swim up bar keeping the barman busy, my wife was enjoying the gym and yoga sessions too. Would definitely return again!

Fantastic holiday, beautiful surroundings 4 star accommodation as looking a bit tired in areas ( but nothing that would effect your stay ) with 5 star service as the staff really can’t do enough for you. Food of a high standard and good selection of all inclusive drinks and cocktails. Not the place to stay if you are looking for a beach holiday as the only way to swim in the sea is off a pier but the snorkelling was great. We would defiantly come back.

this hotel was not my first choice, but I am certainly satisfied with the choice. The resort is beautiful, clean, well maintained. The beach is spacious, clean, plenty of sunbeds, a pier for snorkeling. multiple pools offer the possibility to choose between relaxation and peace and entertainment and music. The rooms are spacious, well equipped. the problem with the hard mattress was solved quickly, the cleaning every day was flawless. the restaurant is air-conditioned, spacious, there was no problem with a place to sit. great food, a large selection often changed, you could always choose, plus the possibility to dine in several ala cart restaurants. Staff smiling, pleasant, helpful and friendly. the problem with merchants offering trips/services can be solved by marking an umbrella and then nothing disturbs you while enjoying your vacation. I would definitely highlight the international animation team - it was definitely one of the best I've ever experienced. different evening show every day, full of activities during the day - aquagym, Arabic lessons, dance lessons, water polo, foam party, etc. Overall definitely a great choice for both couples and families or parties of friends. the hotel is beautiful, luxurious I would definitely like to return to this hotel, maybe this year

The staff were lovely and very helpful, the cleaner was excellent, amazing entertainment throughout the day and evening, many activities to do and the animation team where brilliant they made sure everyone was involved and they had good spirits, the hotel and the beach were very clean, no need to leave the resort everything you need is on the resort and will be definitely recommended and be going back ourselves.

Great food, hotel and hospitality. Staff were friendly. Food was great. (Good mix of food options to choose from). The beach is well maintained. Plenty of bars to choose from Management were great. Cleaning staff were great and made sure the rooms were to a high level of cleanliness
