The hotel was amazing, if U are looking for somewhere super fun for the kids.

good resort especially for families very good food beach location isn't the best but it's good at all Hote team is very friendly.

The staff were outstanding, and members of family slipped and hurt her knee, the management quickly sorted out our room to downstairs to accommodate us so she didn't have to climb the stairs. The best service I have received, and we have been to many resorts. This one outbeats all. We will be definitely booking again very soon.Thank you everyone for making it the best holiday ever.

We stayed at Serenity Fun City between 11-22nd Feb 2024 and this was our third time in Hurghada. We holidayed as a family of 6, two adults and four children 14, 10, 7, 5. We have absolutely no complaints about the hotel whatsoever the only one thing I could mention would be the WiFi is poor around the hotel and even in the rooms I found it to be an inconsistent connection. Usually I wouldn't mind as I dont go on holiday to use my phone 24/7 however I did have to use it a little during the stay and found the connection to be unreliable. Dasha is an absolute credit to this hotel, she is friendly, welcoming and so so lovely! She will help you in any way she can and we felt reassured that we had someone we were able to go to should we require anything! This has not been the case with any other hotel we have stayed at in Hurghada so it was very reassuring. The rooms are cleaned immaculately each day and the cleaner (sorry didn't get his name) was so kind and friendly to us always stopping to chat and ask if everything was OK. Half of the main pool is cold and the other half is heated which is nice to be able to choose whether to sit by the heated or colder pool depending on your requirements. There is a free beach bus going from right outside the hotel to the beach every 15 minutes but is so regular we never once waited 15 minutes for the bus, the beach is very close it is a short walk through the sister hotel, we walked back a few times which is easily doable. The beach is really lovely sandy and the sea is clear and the beach bar serve different cocktails to the hotel which is a nice change. The food at the beachfront restaurant is included with the all inclusive and is really nice we found it to be similar but preferable to the snack bar by the pool as there were different things on the menu. You don't have to cart towels down to the beach or back as there is a funcity towel hut right by the bus stop so you can just take your towel cards which is really helpful. There are no flies or wasps around the bars either which was a nice surprise based upon other experiences elsewhere. At the beach there is a children's park, bowls, and a volleyball court all of which we really enjoyed using, the toilets are really clean and a high standard. The staff at Serenity are by far the friendliest we have come across, thankyou to Abo Baker at the pool bar for endlessly serving drinks with a smile and a joke! The lady in the Egyptian restaurant was so kind and welcoming too sorry didn't get her name either. Nobody seems miserable or fed up with their jobs and it's really nice to be around staff like that on holiday! You have a choice at Serenity of the main restaurant which is buffet style (the theme changes daily and is based on countries) this gives a little bit of variety and you are then reassured you won't be eating the same meals every single day. This is the 3rd time we have visited this hotel. The staff are wonderful & friendly. The food is excellent such a wide variety. The entertainment team are always cheerful. All the staff speak saying morning or afternoon. Hope to visit again soon.

WOW what a amazing place! We went as a family of 7 from the moment we arrived to the hotel we was amazed, the staff was all lovely and helpful but would like to say a special Thank you to Ashraf who worked in the reception area he was so helpful with any question or queries we had he made us fill welcomed from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The food was amazing a great choice in food and the deserts was just as good as they looked plenty of choices for children there was always something they liked. All staff by the pool was helpful it was just a truly amazing holiday the children loved the wave pool which came on Hourly and the water slides. We even booked to come back in April for 2 weeks. I would recommend this hotel to anyone with a family it is a fantastic holiday.

A little bit old-fashioned but very clean Rooms (they clean every day). Very good gołd, everybody will find somerhing for themselves. Listen very carefully when they saying prices because when they repeating the price is always higher than first time especially on the check out day at the reception desk (FIRST 39$ extra charge, a second later 49$). They looking for extra money at every step. At the end of the day we are satisfied and we recommend this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpfull (but remember- every help cost $). Serenity fun city hotel We had a great holiday here. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Couldn’t do enough for you. Beautiful outdoor area and pools. Lots of choice of food in the restaurant for all the family. Well catered at all meals. We loved the snack bar and the beach bar. And there are a la Carte restaurants. Food was great quality and the fresh kebabs and bread was a real treat. We have a fussy 8 year old and he ate well too. The water park is fab and good fun. Plus water is heated. Great for kids. The fair was good fun too. We loved the lobby and comfy sofas. Great place to relax. Whilst the reviews on here have been sketchy we had a fantastic holiday and the value for money was unbelievable. We had a great deal and went with low expectations but these were exceeded daily. Big thank you to Dasha in guest relations. The managers are often walking about asking if they help or improve anything. Lots to do at this hotel and a bargain for the price!! We would go back.
