Children have always liked Nubia Hotel. This is the third time I stayed at the hotel, but now it has changed its name. The water park is fun, but the price is expensive and the food is not as good as before.

A good hotel for children, a nigh**are for couples. I've never seen a hotel so noisy! The food is horrible, not to mention the loaves of concrete they serve for breakfast. We were forced to sleep separately because if we wanted to have a double bed we had to be on the ground floor but given the delay it was impossible in the end we ended up on the 1st and floor but I don't know if between the doors slamming at 4 a.m. or people shouting in the hallway, we wouldn't have been better off on the ground floor. As for the bathroom, let's not talk about it, the shower cubicle does not close so the shower floods and the toilet is wobbly.. IN BRIEF

Fantastic stay for families with children. Lovely and friendly staff that ensure that everyone is happy and comfortable. The room was kept clean everyday and we got surprised by new towel designs on out beds done by the lovely Abdullah Hamdy We will definitely come back to Egypt and I’d defo it recommend this resort to families.

The indoor pool was true to the photographs upon the hotel's website, large, clean and warm too, it was a great way to start the morning!! It’s really a lovely and nice hotel to go to with great service and good staff The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

i enjoyed the stay but it’s more for a family members and kids the people were friendly and specially alaa guest relation , she is a must the restaurant was terrible and i didn’t like the food the resort is huge and there’s too many aread u can use

Comfortable stay at El Karma Acqua Resort was very good with-friendly people. We had incredible entertainment , staying in the hotel for 3 nights . The aqua was very good to my kids . The restaurant with no variety but with delicious taste the house-men were helpful with supporting the guest relations Miss Alla of Guest Relations in solving issues with our pick up and transfer time and arranging that with the hotel reception who were helping people too . Finally I recommend this place to stay. Date of stay: April 2024

Excellent hotel!! Ignore all the bad reviews as we cannot fault anything! Room was cleaned to a very high standard every single day, our cleaner was amazing and very trustworthy. Couldn’t do enough for us. Food was excellent, something for everyone. We never dreaded going for lunch/dinner as everything was fresh and cooked in front of you. Always tasted amazing. It’s definitely the best all inclusive resort I have visited and I have visited plenty of them. Hotel staff so friendly and helpful. Entertainment staff also so polite and friendly. Only slight downfall is the restaurant is upstairs, so maybe if you have mobility problems this could be an issue. Overall we would definitely come back! I would give this hotel 11/10 if I could! Thankyou for giving us an amazing 10 days, and memories to last a lifetime.

We had a nice experience, stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. The facilities were very good and user friendly. The restaurant catered for a variety of cuisine, the young man who serves the spahetti is particularly helpful. Miss Alla of Guest Relations is a credit to the hotel who helped with an extension for our room booking. Overall it is a nice place to stay.
