The rooms are of very good size and cleaning is excellent 5stars to Ahmed our housekeeper amazing The hotel in general is clean and tidy unfortunately due to size of hotel restaurants always felt busy and staff struggled to keep up with service Food average Main pools nicely heated

This is our second time in Xanadu Makadi Bay, they never fail to impress us with their hospitality. From day one, me and my family fell in love with the resort. The first time was amazing, and this time was also exceptional. Massive thanks to the Turkish management team for their professionalism. Thanks to every member of staff, they always catered to our every need, and even went above and beyond our expectations. Most of the team were the same people we met the first time we came, so it was lovely to see them again. The resort is very safe and clean, with lots of facilities for both adults and kids, including the warm swimming pools.

The resort is big , great for kids , quality food is available 24/7 , mini fridge stocked , all the staff are great , friendly, the gym is huge which I loved & the entertainment is fab !The staff at the restaurants were attentive & always remembered what drink you have , one of the waiters Nour Mohamed became my little daughters best friend , he took care of her & treated her like his own daughter , great guy & his hospitality was top ! Thank You Nour . Our room was throughly cleaned daily & he even made animal towels , the most impressive was the crocodile eating my child’s giraffe ( she wasn’t impressed but I was lol) Moamen Sayed is always courteous & nothing is too much trouble for him !

A very pleasant experience.The cleaning was so good, I can even say exceptional, Mahmoud Mohamed, housekeaper, awaited us every day with a surprise in which he made us very happy, and the trip very special.Tkank you gor the special moments spend at Xanadu.

At the moment, my family and I are staying at the Xanadu Hotel in Egypt. our holiday is not over yet, but I want to thank all the staff who clean the rooms. it's a lot of work. every day, returning to the room after cleaning, we are always pleasantly surprised. I especially want to thank Alaa Khaled who cleaned our room. I can say with confidence that he is a super worker. thank you Alaa Khaled.

I spent here my 3. vavation and was again satisfied. Everything was great and no problems - room was clean every day, in restaurants a lot of meal and drinks, fruit, vegetables. I tasted alla carte restaurants - Italian and Turkey- excellent. All staff are friendly and help with everything. I met again my friend Hesham jn lobby bar - thanks for nice time, he and his team are friendly group and their work is without problems. When I come back I believe that it will be again. Thanks for wonderful week

Again I would like to write another positive review for the Xanadu hotel - I am here for the fifth time and again there is nothing to complain about. services in the entire hotel are luxurious - cleaning in the room, menu of meals, sports activities, evening program. The beach is also kept clean. The distribution of drinks is a matter of course. the staff try to do everything for the guests. A lot of things have changed here, always for the better - a bigger offer, premium alcohol. Again, I would like to mention the team in the lobby bar led by Hesham - again 100% service. everything works without problems. I believe that it will continue to be so when I come back again 😉

A rather luxurious hotel ! Pleasant staff, various food, clean sea, spacious beach! The cleaning is regular , no garbage outside, interesting leisure program for children and for adults. We are going to recommend all our friends and relatives this hotel!
