Was a lovely hotel, the workers were always eager to find a solution to help. Maybe as a add one a washing clothes service, would be nice.

Located close to Phantasialand, so a plus...
Located in an industrial area, so not a nice environment for several days.
Very unfriendly lady from the kitchen. Breakfast buffet was continuously put 'good' with grumbling protest because the guests did not put everything back exactly... (e.g. a fork that was placed upside down with the cheese...)
Then when we left for breakfast, we received a very unfriendly comment from the same lady that one sugar sandwich had not been eaten, which we had mistakenly taken instead of a croissant. This while we had eaten everything else neatly and left the table clean.
Kitchen staff can do a lot better... This should be discussed internally. Unacceptable to be treated like this as a guest...
