It is with a heavy heart that I have to say we were forced to cancel our stay here due to a medical emergency, however staff were very helpful, and though they can't do free cancellation, they were able to offer a partial refund. Thank you for all your help. We will hopefully come in the future.

The place was highly different compared to the photos. It probably was not worth the money but the location was quite beautiful. When we arrived the hot tub was freezing cold and then when we had it warmed up it was way too hot to get in.

This excellent renovated true ancient building has a wonderful a**osphere. We loved to swim in the amazing glas swimmingpool. The location is at the lovely quiet northern canal of the scenic spot.

The family room we booked is a duplex with two floors. We had two beds for 5 adults and one child. It was spacious and warm. The lady boss was very nice. She gave us two more breakfasts for 4 people, which made us very full. I really liked the boat transfer.

I have to say 1, the environment is really beautiful, but I found blood on the quilt cover on the day of check-in. The sound insulation in the room is really poor. The location of this B&B is great, in the best location of Baijianlou, and the scenery of the small bridge and flowing water at the door is great. The layout of the room is reasonable, the service staff is warm and welcoming, and the breakfast is delicious. When we left the hotel, there was a boat to take us out of town. I will stay in this B&B again next time.
