This hotel is well thought out and is definitely worth what it costs. Smaller rooms but everything is useful, and up to date. Comfy beds, great bathroom, large tv, and lots of extras by the lobby (24/7 coffee, pool table, games, fitness room, pool, and hot tub). I’d stay here again.

Amazing hotel!! It's the cleanest and the best single piece I've ever been to.

We thought we would try a different hotel while staying in Idaho Falls but we'll now go back to la Quinta. I wouldn't stay at tru by Hilton again. For the cost of the hotel we could have stayed somewhere else and had a bigger cleaner pool and hot tub. They didn't have any breakfast left when my husband went down at 8:30 am. I thought maybe they needed time to restock and went back a half hour later and again no breakfast and the employees were standing around talking at the front desk. The room was just ok very basic not even a couch to sit on and the shower had issues with the shower head that shot water out of the tub.

Great location and friendly staff! The 24/7 coffee and tea is a plus. But the fan in the room is really noisy and can't be turned off even the AC was shutted off.

Very clean facility. Breakfast was nice and the scrambled eggs were delicious. Will book here again.

This hotel is ok. The manager personally drove me to the airport early. But the price is still on the expensive side. Parent-child room, there are many facilities for children to play, and the swimming pool is very average

Nice environment, close to the river.

I was so thankful when we walked in we weren't hit with a lot of fragrances or chlorine smell. Everything was neat and taken care of. Having the game area in the lounge was nice. The gym looked great. The pool was perfect for my littles to enjoy.

This was a great place to stay, trendy, simple and clean with everything we needed. We even played three games of pool! We definitely will stay at Tru by Hilton again.

Very nice hotel. Not familiar with the Tru brand but the hotel appears to be brand new. Very clean. Front desk staff were very friendly and the price was very reasonable.

The furnace in the room has major problems, with multiple different noises, some very loud coming out of it every time it was on. I let the desk know when I checked out, but they should have known as any past guest would have surely complained. I am sure some poor soul is getting checked into the same room now.

Not so much for us. I think this property would appeal to the younger crowed. Modern look and feel. Smaller rooms.

The hotel is in a great location very near the greenbelt and falls. I had a nice view of the river from my window and there's a bridge that takes you right to the greenbelt. It's walking distance from several restaurants & bars, convenient location to hwy 20 and I-15 access. The property is new and very clean. Walmart and a few other retail stores are nearby and would be an easy walk.

Cool trendy and new hotel right in the heart of it all. If the weather wasn't so cold we could have walked to our restaurant. Would definitely stay hear again.
