Everytthing Was good especially the cleanliness.

very accommodating

The location is good when exploring the old face of Iloilo City and it's accessible to the City Hall, Iloilo Port and some malls. The staff are warm and accommodating but however I think the management should seriously consider changing all their linens and towels as the white colored clothes have faded.

the staff are very friendly. the room is nice and cozy. it was a nice overnight stay. and its close to the city proper so its easy to commute

[Service] First of all, as everyone has written. The staff was very kind. When I made the reservation, I was advised that the front desk had limited hours, so I emailed them to confirm that it might be out of hours, and they replied immediately that they were open 24 hours a day, which was a good impression. Laundry service was also available at a reasonable price of 80p. [Location] There is no convenience store, but you can easily catch a Grab, there is an Eatry, and it was fun to walk to the local market. I was able to interact with many local people. [Room] Double bedroom Cons Few outlets No hair dryer installed in the room (they will lend you one if you ask) Some insects (it's Asia and the price is reasonable, so I have no complaints) A little noise, but it's not a problem if you wear earplugs No refrigerator Pros You can watch YouTube and Netflix Hot water comes out steadily Towels are fluffy, which is nice There was no sewage smell in the bathroom! (Very high point) Air conditioning works well Overall, it was a good value for less than 5,000 yen per night, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Although it was small, it was clean, the front desk was friendly and I had a comfortable stay. The room furnishings were well designed and I felt at ease.
