Hotels in Songdo, Incheon

I had an extremely pleasant stay in Orakai Songdo. The room was clean and huge, the location was also perfect - it was close to many eating locations and even a couple of famous bakeries in Korea. The amenities were also very impressive - the gym was spacious and well-equipped. I would like to drop a special commendation for one of the hotel staff, who went above and beyond to provide assistance to us when we approached him. I believe his name is Steven So / Soo. Would recommend Orakai Songdo to all travellers going to Incheon!

The female receptionist is super unfriendly. Top 10 most unfriendly hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve visited 30+ countries. I arrived a bit after 12 - much earlier than the 3 pm check in time. In my experience, most hotels usually are flexible enough with the checkin time if they have available room and allow guests to check in early either for free or for a fee. As soon as I approached the female receptionist said “What do you wang to do? Check in is at 3 pm” - obviously doesn’t matter whatever I was going to say. Her colleague next to her took over and swiftly explained that there’s extra charge if I wanted to check in early (also not in the most friendly way, but at least he didn’t shut any two way interaction). Anyway, I paid the fee since I needed some shut eye before heading out. The next day I needed to ask direction to the airport bus and she was with someone who looked much more senior (maybe her boss) and suddenly she was super friendly. I only chose this hotel because of the location is close to an event I’m attending, but otherwise wouldn’t have gone for this accommodation. Not recommended.

The hotel is located just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, and the center of Seoul can be reached in 1.5 hours. The room is small but well-equipped: there is a kitchen, a washing machine, and all the necessary utensils. The cleanliness of the room leaves much to be desired: the bed linen is stained, and the bathroom has an unpleasant smell.

One of the best hotels I stayed in my 2 weeks in Korea. Was there for a conference and it was just a stone's throw away from the convention centre. Absolutely loved the view from my room. It was clean and spotless and the whole stay was extremely comfortable.

Great location just few steps away from subway station, easily can be located. Very near to Songdo Central Park. Also near to the bus station for airport limousine bus to Incheon International airport. We stay over for one night at the hotel to explore Songdo Central Park. The room condition is decent. The twin beds are big and comfortable. However, the air-condition temperature is warm even we tuned to the lowest temperature. The bathroom cleanliness could be improved. Bottled water provided with complimentary coffee and tea bag but no sugar, creamer and teaspoon provided.

I always use it with my boyfriend, and it is so clean and well-maintained that I feel good using it. The price is also very reasonable, so I plan to continue using it in the future.

The hotel is like a small apartment very convenient with even a kitchen. The location was perfect for the event we went to at the moonlight sondo park. We could even see from the room. Very clean and within walking distance to public transport. Many options for dining nearby. It does not have body towels only small hand and face towels, do not know if this is common in South Korea.

This is a very nice hotel, although the location is a bit remote. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Slightly disappointing was that there is only one airport shuttle a day from the hotel to the airport and none (apparently) from the airport to the hotel.

excellent hotel. next to train station (easy access to Seoul) and nearby shopping centres. very attractive surrounding with lots of restaurants and tourist sites such as Hanok village, Songdo Central park, Songdo tribowl structure

I got lost at the hotel entrance, but managed to find it! Rather than a hotel, it felt more like an apartment where people lived. The room was clean and had a microwave and kitchen, so it was too good to stay in for just one night! I was able to get the shower to work right away, and bath towels and shampoo were provided, so it was great! The only thing that was a bit difficult was finding the electrical outlet.💦 Other than that, I'm very satisfied!
