I stayed at the Steigenberger Hotel Harbin Sunac. The hotel's robot delivery service was a huge plus, making it super convenient to get takeout. With Sunac Land and Sunac Mall nearby, getting around was a breeze. The hotel staff were warm and friendly, and the room they arranged for me was comfortable and put my mind at ease. I'm very satisfied.

This was the most satisfying hotel of our trip to Northeast China. The soundproofing was excellent; we couldn't hear our neighbors at all. There was no noise or pipe sounds. The rooms and hallways were completely smoke-free. Every department we interacted with – rooms, Executive Lounge, front desk, concierge, and recreation – was fantastic. The only thing I think could be improved is adding a communal self-service laundry room. Although there wasn't one, they did provide a clothesline, and the summer clothes I washed the day before were dry by morning. I also wished for a memory foam pillow, but I didn't ask the room service for one because I already felt everything was perfect. The room attendant added an extra bed for me, so my two children and I each had our own bed. This was the best sleep we had during our entire 8-day stay in Northeast China! They also have a pool, which the kids loved. We originally booked a room without breakfast, but then my family and I upgraded to an Executive Lounge room, which included both breakfast and dinner, saving us a lot of hassle since it's hard to please everyone. Even with the upgrade to an Executive Lounge room, the price was still cheaper than the Hampton Inn with breakfast we stayed at in Yanji. We also stayed at Atour in Shenyang and Orange Hotel in Antu, and the soundproofing at those three hotels wasn't great; we were woken up by other guests every morning. Plus, their no-smoking policies weren't very strict, as there was often a smell of smoke in the corridors or rooms.

The hotel was clean and tidy. I chose to stay at the Sofitel Harbin for my trip to Harbin this time, and my overall experience was exceptionally satisfying. It truly lives up to its reputation as a long-standing, high-end five-star hotel in the area. The hotel's location is excellent, directly opposite Xiangjiang Park and adjacent to Wanda Plaza, making shopping, dining, and short excursions incredibly convenient. In my leisure time, I could even stroll through the park to enjoy the scenery and relax. The lobby features a French-inspired light luxury design with a sophisticated feel. The high ceilings paired with exquisite chandeliers create a rich and elegant atmosphere. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, and daily housekeeping is meticulous. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and each room is equipped with a humidifier, perfect for the northern climate. The double-glazed windows provide excellent sound insulation, ensuring a quiet and undisturbed rest. From the concierge to the front desk and housekeeping staff, everyone was highly professional. Check-in was efficient and smooth, and the service was attentive and discreet, without being overly solicitous. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, including local Northeastern specialties. The heated swimming pool and 24-hour gym are well-equipped. This hotel is suitable for both leisure travelers and business stays. My entire stay was incredibly comfortable, and I will definitely prioritize this hotel again on my next visit to Harbin.

Stayed here with a friend. The hotel has a lot of character and the bathtub is spacious – you can really stretch out in it. The breakfast spread is fantastic with a wide variety of options, and the freshly made dumplings and Lanzhou beef noodles were absolutely delicious. The fruit quality was also excellent. The pool water was clean. The only minor downside was that the TV in our room couldn't cast, but it wasn't a big deal. The front desk staff, Luna, was very responsive and provided excellent service. 👍

The room was spacious and generally clean. It was very soundproof with good ventilation, and there were no strange odors. The breakfast selection was rich, comparable to Wanda Vista. The hot springs offered a good variety of pools, and the water quality was excellent with no unpleasant smells. On Children's Day, kids under 1.5 meters were free, which was a fantastic bonus! The staff were very enthusiastic, and both check-in and check-out were quick.

The hotel lobby has a Russian-style decor, perfect for taking photos. The room was very comfortable with a tasteful design. The front desk staff were warm and provided excellent service. The bedding was incredibly comfortable. The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. It's also very close to the Harbin Ice and Snow World. There's a gym and a heated pool on the third floor. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay.

The environment here is really great. We had a two-room suite, and the kids' room had a car-shaped bed with side rails, so my child slept very safely. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. I'd especially like to thank Ms. Song Chunyong from the restaurant for taking such good care of my child. Several other ladies in the restaurant were also very attentive, proactively asking if we needed anything and preparing food for our child. The front desk staff were also very welcoming; they kindly extended our check-out time to 2 PM since our child was napping. We come here every week and always feel comfortable and at ease during our stay.

The view outside the window is beautiful. The location is a bit out of the way, far from the subway. Although it looks close to the Songhua River, there's no direct access, so getting to the riverside is quite a walk. For meals, you have to go about one or two kilometers to a residential area, which has tons of great restaurants. Taxis are super convenient; they pick you up instantly, and it's usually under ten yuan. The room was clean, but the soundproofing was just okay – I could hear kids jumping around next door and their mom scolding them. Breakfast was average, not much variety. Out of the three 5-star hotels I stayed at in Harbin, the Marriott had the least to offer for breakfast. The doormen and the cleaning staff were excellent. Giving a good review out of habit.

Honestly, the five-star rating goes to Xuebao, the concierge in the lobby. He was incredibly enthusiastic and made us feel so welcome and at home from the moment we arrived in Harbin. In contrast, the front desk staff were quite lackluster. The hotel's location is great, right next to Central Street, but the facilities are a bit dated, and the room cleaning wasn't particularly thorough. The room itself is very spacious, but the room rates are a mystery – they fluctuate constantly. The first time I booked, it was over 400 yuan, but after booking, I saw it dropped to just over 300, so I promptly canceled and rebooked. Later, due to a change in plans, I wanted to extend for one night, and the price was over 600 yuan. For this hotel, a price of over 600 without breakfast feels a bit expensive. The concierge's service really made up for the shortcomings.

The Yabuli Yabuluoni Hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of the ski resort, offering incredibly convenient ski-in/ski-out access directly to the slopes and lifts. The rooms are clean, warm, and offer expansive views; you can enjoy the snow scenery right from your window. The facilities are comprehensive, with ski rental and dining all available in one spot. The service is enthusiastic and responsive, and it offers great value for money. It's truly the top choice for a ski holiday; we had a comfortable and worry-free stay. We'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!
