"The location is perfect and the room is nice but needs some tlc and general maintenance. Fan, hairdryer, aircon, toilet seat, door handle, window were broken. The bed was comfy but 2 very clear singles pushed together so would fall down the gap. The restaurant below plays music until 11pm which you can hear and could smell cigarette smoke in our room (even with the windows closed). The staff were very nice and friendly."

"The most expensive hotel in Sarajevo, very clean, with a great breakfast. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall, and there's a supermarket just across the street. The location is good (on the edge of the old town). However, the service is only so-so for the price. The gym has limited equipment, which doesn't quite match the hotel's price range."

"Staff are super helpful and friendly, very hospitable, could not fault them, however Room was small, felt tight. Beds are extremely uncomfortable and I felt like I slept on concrete.  They are generous with toiletries. In built  toilet bidet is wonderful. Room walls are paper thin, you can hear everything. Really close to tram so you can hear that and the shaking too. Breakfast left more to be desired. Service staff are kind and positive."

"Since others mentioned it was 'hard to find,' I immediately requested their WhatsApp number for communication when booking. After all, anything can be resolved through a conversation. Check-in was contactless, meaning the keys were in a locker. Before checking in, *I* messaged them on WhatsApp to let them know we had arrived. It's called 'AE apart hotel' on Google, and it was easy to find. They also sent me detailed, step-by-step check-in instructions, which was very convenient! Nothing complicated for experienced travelers. The administrator was always available for any questions! Thumbs up and a huge thank you for that! Wishing your business prosperity! The room had good water pressure, and the toilet had a very interesting placement, but it was more amusing than frustrating. Everything we needed was there. See the photos for the rest. We only stayed one night. It was spacious and comfortable. Everything matched the photos; what we booked is exactly what we got. There's an elevator and Wi-Fi. The password is on a stand on the first floor. There are bus stops nearby. The buses here seem to run in a loop, one-way, as I understood it. We got from the airport by bus; check the photos in the review for details. In the morning, we checked out and left the key in the locker as well. A bus stop was literally 2-3 minutes away, where we caught a bus to the train/bus station."

"Ну что ж, один из самых низкооцененных мною отелей, не скажу что прям совсем ужасно, но как будто бы можно лучше. Лайк за мужчину который забрал чемоданы со скоростью звука, не успев выйти из такси и поставить поклажу на землю. Лайк, что нашли пуль от кондиционера, потому что в эти дни была температура 30 и хотелось бы перед сном уснуть в прохладе. - Начнем с расположения, находиться высокооооо в на горе, если будете ходить пешком, то там просто максимально не удобная дорога, на повороте к отелю даже перейти дорогу невозможно нормально. Или такси или риски, что добраться вниз :D но, но, до автобусной станции минут 10(10€), до аэропорта минут 15-20 ехать (20€), в принципе жить можно. До старой части города минут 40 пешком или 40 минут на трамвае или автобусе, проезд стоит 1.8 местной марки. - Номер: был чрезвычайно маленьким, меньше чем я был в Токио, прикроватный люстры, которые на уровне головы, сделал издеватель какой-то, постоянно из головой замечаешь, можно же было из разнести по сторонам, к чему было так делать... Так как моло места, мало полок и совсем вытекающим. Места супер мало, 2 чемодана и все, перешагиваешь их, чтобы пройти в уборную. - Завтрак. Нууу, слабенько, совсем простенько, всего лежит так мало, что переживаешь, если возьмёшь дополнительный кусочек чего либо, другим не хватит. Не то, чтобы прям совсем убого, но ожидаешь чего-то более. Не то, чтобы я был привередой каким-то, но завтраки ни о чем... - Люди. Приветливые, готовые помочь и исправить что могут в меру своих сил, наверное доп бал именно за них и накинул. Может мне достался просто такой маленький номер, не знаю, но ещё раз, я скорее бы не стал у них останавливаться(( в любом случае спасибо за прием, а да, хотелось бы ещё оставить номер замечательного водителя, который готов вас отвести куда угодно, ну в пределах разумного и не за Овер прайс +387 ** *** ***, очень вежливый, пунктуальный и общительный молодой человек, который не обманет и за оговоренную сумму привезет вас в нужное место. Да и вообще, мне как жителю России было приятно находиться в Боснии, все приветливые, радушные, можете приехать к нам и будетe видеть супер понурые и унылые лица, везде :DD а тут заряжаешься позитивом))"

"The room was great, and the hotel's location from the airport is good. The only slight inconvenience is getting to the train station, but other attractions are all within walking distance. The facilities are comprehensive, including a coin-operated washing machine which isn't expensive. The front desk service was excellent, and the staff spoke very clear English – it was the first time I fully understood someone's English since arriving in Serbia and Bosnia! The immediate surroundings are a bit average, but it's still a quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle. The only minor issue was that the cutlery wasn't very clean, but it was easily fixed with a quick wash. Plus, there's a balcony!"

"This hotel is located in the old town, a beautifully renovated historic building. It's conveniently located within walking distance of Republic Square, St. Sava Temple, and a shopping mall. The facilities are comprehensive and well-laid out, including slippers, and it's quiet at night. The hotel's breakfast room is stunning, and the breakfast itself is plentiful and delicious."

"Housekeeping was very disappointing. Although my late checkout was approved for an extra hour, my key card was deactivated at the original checkout time, leaving me showering in the dark. We paid for an Advantage Room with two single beds but were given a double bed instead. Breakfast was decent, but if you don’t get there early, don’t expect items on the buffet to be refilled once they’ve run out. Overall, the experience didn’t match the standard we expected."

"We liked the hotel's location and the huge bathroom. The breakfast was pretty good, but nothing special. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in April; it hadn't been centrally activated yet. And the window only opened 10 centimeters, apparently due to some hotel policy, and was somehow blocked. We couldn't sleep all night because of the heat; even without a blanket, we were drenched in sweat. This was our most expensive hotel of the trip, but we were so glad to leave in the morning!"
