Reception The entrance is in the back than you can see on Google Maps. Please go inside the parking lot. It is on the right side. The entrance door is locked. Let's ring the bell and call the staff at first. Check in and you will get an electronic key to unlock the door with the room key. Is it family business? There was a young woman at the reception and then a young man. I was impressed by the good greetings.

The service was absolutely terrible. The travel agency booked our stay the night before, and we wanted to stay an extra night, so we booked another through Ctrip. On the day we checked in, we asked to extend our stay for another day. They told us to come back to the front desk the next day and try again with our credit card, which would most likely be possible. But when we arrived at the front desk at 10 a.m. the next morning, we were told we couldn't extend our stay. We had to move rooms and have to accept a 12:00 PM check-in and a 3:00 PM check-out. The reason was that a group had booked two weeks prior, and they had given us their room number. What kind of excuse is that? I've never heard of that. I was hoping for a convenient extension, but we ended up having to change hotels. After a long argument, they said they'd leave our luggage in the room and move us to the new room once it was ready. I reluctantly accepted that. Also, my friend's room was infested with giant spiders—more than one—and the staff were using paper cups to catch them. I strongly don't recommend this hotel. You should definitely try a better one.

The room was very clean, the boss was super nice, our checkin time was too late, the reception was off work, the enthusiastic boss answered the phone or came to help open the door to carry the box, and when we left, he also helped us call the taxi that did not kill the customer to the bus station, and there was also a service to and from the airport. We loved our two night stay at this hotel. It’s super clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with a kitchenette and all necessities. Breakfast is amazing with different Bosnian dishes cooked each day and the usual breakfast items. Garage is free and best if you come by car as it’s a steep climb from the main road. Taxis are cheap and hotel does transfers for 30KM each way. Bus stop is about a 15 minute walk from hotel. Highly recommend and thank you for an amazing experience!

Excellent location, in the old town, three minutes walk from the Latin Bridge. The breakfast is too good for my wife, I choose my own six packages, exquisite and rich. The little brothers at the bar are so hard, and they have to take into account the guests who order meals and the guests who come to stay at the same time. There is no hotel sign on the facade of the building, we have been looking for two and asked for two. The shower flow is a bit small. No TV, no air conditioning. No bottled water.

Hotel service was very bad. Rooms were not clean. Although We asked slippers twice, they didnt bring. There was A construction going on nearby. It was so noisy. Absolutely awful experience – avoid at all costs! I’ve stayed in many places before, but this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Some of the staff were incredibly rude and couldn’t care less about the guests. They acted like they were doing us a favor just by being there. The bathroom, especially the toilet, was unbelievably cramped and dirty – completely unacceptable. Honestly, this place doesn’t deserve a single star. It was a waste of money and time. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone – even walking past this hotel would ruin your day. Stay away! The only thing I can say positive was location.
