"Hilton Garden Inn and DoubleTree Hotel are in the same building. The hotel facilities are very good. It is worth mentioning that the service staff are of high quality. They helped us upgrade the room type for free, and the room was a little bigger.
Dinner was eaten in the restaurant on the second floor. The ingredients were very fresh, the dishes were served quickly, the portions were large, and the price was reasonable. Breakfast was also a buffet on the second floor and it was also very rich.
Facilities: Robots deliver takeout, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, there is a small refrigerator, and it is very clean overall."

"A very satisfying stay. The hotel is excellent from hardware to software. The first thing I experienced was the service. The boy who helped park the car stared at the sun and took the trouble to help adjust the position until the car was parked. Also helped carry luggage into the hotel. The front desk staff are skilled, friendly and enthusiastic. Floor attendants are always available. The waiters in the restaurant are also kind and warm. The room is spacious, bright and comfortable, and the bed and bathroom supplies are clean, soft and comfortable. The breakfast is rich in variety and delicious! Free dumplings were also provided in the evening. The location of the hotel is also good, near the train station and right outside the shopping street. Buses and taxis are very convenient. The first choice for accommodation in Anshan."

"Upon entering, there was a transparent plastic sheet on the floor, the lampshade was crooked, and the textiles smelled of smoke. The tissues were also quite something; I struggled to pull one out for ages, only to realize the packaging hadn't been opened. The shower had very little hot water. I got completely undressed and turned on the water for a long time before realizing I had to turn off all the cold water to get even a little bit of warmth. I ended up having a lukewarm shower with a tiny trickle of water. I'm not sure why there were planes flying overhead, but they were quite loud. On the positive side, there were welcome cookies when I arrived, and they tasted good. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices."

The front desk was very friendly. Seeing that I had a lot of luggage, they helped me carry it upstairs. They briefly introduced the switches of various lights in the room, which was a bit complicated. Other people's comments were more or less biased. In short, the overall feeling was very good. "I was very impressed by the front desk service when I checked into this hotel. When I arrived, the front desk staff took the initiative to help me carry my luggage and guided me to the check-in area. When I checked in, it was not only fast and accurate, but they also asked me in detail about my room needs, such as orientation, floor preference, etc. During my stay, I was in a hurry to go out and forgot to bring my room card. The front desk quickly helped me solve it and reminded me to pay attention to safety. It was really considerate. The room was clean and bright, with complete items, the bedding was skin-friendly and comfortable, and the room was excellently soundproofed. Must praise!"

The environment is beautiful, the air is fresh, and it is quiet and private. The cleaning lady's service is very good and she takes the initiative to say hello when meeting. The equipment in the gym is a little short, and it would be better to expand it appropriately. Will consider it as an option next time I stay."

GGuest UserThe two beauties at the hotel front desk were so nice. They upgraded my room for free. Their service attitude was really great. The room has a smart system. Before I stayed there, I read some online reviews saying there was no hot water for showering and no air conditioning. I want to say, really, they have everything. It was a really good stay experience. It's very cost-effective, cheap and good!

3300475****This time, I stayed at the newly opened âShan Na Bianâ (On the Other Side of the Mountain), nestled in a valley with an exceptionally good environment and fresh air.
**Facilities:** This is a hot spring hotel that just opened in late September, so all the facilities are brand new. The indoor space is ample, featuring both indoor and outdoor hot spring pools, an electric toilet, wireless charging, and electric curtains, among other amenities.
**Hygiene:** Cleaning was prompt and thorough, and the indoor areas were spotless. The indoor hot tub was clean. If you prefer, you can also request a re-cleaning of the tub right before you use it, under your supervision. However, since the glass doors to the courtyard open wide, some insects might get in, which is probably unavoidable and up to personal tolerance.
**Environment:** The hotel's setting is excellent, located in a valley with incredibly fresh air. Soft background music is played constantly, which is very relaxing.
**Service:** The hotel staff are all very enthusiastic and polite, regardless of their role. Special shout-outs to the old master who looks after the deer and the staff member who takes care of the capybaras. The hotel's late-night diner and breakfast were also very good.

AAnonymous UserOld hotel, because I went to Anshan to eat with friends, I booked the cheapest room for a sleep. It's a bit old, and the sewer smells a bit. The newly renovated rooms on the high floors should be much better. The service is satisfactory. Free parking for guests is good. There is a swimming pool. It costs 20 yuan for guests staying in the hotel. There are fewer people in the morning, so you have to bring your own toiletries.

The overall stay experience is very good, the core highlight is the high cleanliness of the room, the bedding and bathroom are changed for one guest, there is no sanitary corner; the location is near the business district/scenic area, walking distance to the core area, taxi is also very convenient. The staff service response is timely, the surrounding routes will be patiently answered, the check-in/check-out efficiency is high, and there is no need to wait for a long time.
The fly in the ointment is that the elevator is slightly crowded during the peak period. Breakfast will be late to some categories and will not be timely, but it will basically not affect if it is not in a hurry. The overall price is very high, whether it is a family trip or a single trip, it is a high-quality choice in the region, it is recommended.

Zzsh_1130The hotel decoration is old and old, but the sanitary conditions are still OK! The service staff at the front desk are also very serious. I originally booked a quadruple room B (three beds, one large and two small) and wanted to change it to a quadruple room A (four single beds). At 11:30 midnight on the first day of check-in I made the call and the front desk manager helped me change it. He was very responsible! After checking in, you will also get four hot spring bathing tickets and four breakfast vouchers. The bathing is very good and clean. Breakfast starts at 7:00, which is not bad. There are hot and cold dishes, Chinese porridge, fried dough sticks, mixed vegetables, stir-fries, and Western bread. Slices, cakes, milk, and jam are all available, and they taste great! The food in the restaurant is very delicious. The restaurant here served a la carte on the first night. It was large and affordable, comparable to the standard of a big hotel. We checked in the night before climbing Qianshan, and got up early the next day to climb the mountain. It was a very satisfying stay! I will choose to stay here again next time I come!
