GGuest UserThis hotel is amazing. The whole house is smart. Xiaodu will do everything for you just by lying on the bed and talking. The room is spacious and bright. Every facility is carefully designed and the details are meticulously reflected. I am very satisfied with the clothes hangers. I can hang my coats and sweaters on them. There is still plenty of space. The slippers are of good quality and have thick soles. The children especially liked the robot service here, and they even ordered takeout to experience the fun of having the robot deliver it to the room. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Anshan next time.

This stay was great! All aspects of the hotel are impressive.
Convenient location: close to Wanda Plaza

Llsyqct房間環境整潔乾淨衞生，淋浴間水温及花灑壓力都還好，可酒店位置臨近主要街路，所以晚上過往車輛的噪聲或多或少會影響正常睡眠。但存在的主要問題有五：一是淋浴間空間極限小，我身高一米七二，體重70公斤，因空間狹窄無法彎腰都無法沖洗小腿；二是“温泉”出水壓力過小，約1.5*1.2泡池面積，如蓄水30cm高得需要二小時；三是對“温泉”水質可疑？因為“温泉”水質清澈透明毫無滑膩感；四是“温泉”出水温度低，甚至在二小時的蓄水後期竟然出的水是涼水温度（這樣的温泉水我真有點懷疑人生而無語了），所以泡池水的温度衹能維持在約37～39度之間；五是因為泡池蓄水需要較長時間，所以大部分住宿客人，在半夜三更開始向泡池蓄水，而“温泉”水管出水噪聲嚴重影響正常睡眠。今年9月中下旬，我曾在承德格林豪泰雙塔山酒店入住過，酒店環境、服務、早餐等體驗感都很不錯。所以本次也選擇了格林豪泰，但此次因不盡如人意而滿滿的失落感。希望酒店能加強改進吧！

The front desk service is warm and the check-in and check-out are very fast. The surrounding transportation is convenient, eating and shopping are also close, the price is very high, come back next time!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops. There's ample free parking at the entrance. The room was quite large, but different from the online photos. There was no sofa or luggage rest. The soundproofing was poor. The cleanliness was inferior to other Hanting hotels and needs improvement. I was woken at 4 a.m. by the roosters in the bungalow area downstairs, who crowed continuously for over an hour.

If I have a chance next time, I will choose to stay in this hotel. There are no slippers in the room. I asked the front desk for them later. The other sanitary conditions are very good and the room is large.
