"The environment is okay, quite satisfactory, this one is chosen after seeing the high score. It is an apartment called Magnolia. It is not a hotel under the Magnolia brand. The front desk of the apartment is in a simple small room in the building. This is acceptable. It was the next morning that I told the front desk to ask for two bottles of water. The front desk asked me if I would continue my stay today? I said that I would not continue to live, and then the front desk told me ”two bottles of water are provided in each room. I will see if the cleaning aunt is not busy and I will let her send it to you”. I waited for two hours and no one came to deliver water. I didn't encounter any hotel that asked for mineral water. I recognized the money for these two bottles of water for you, not only did I not solve the problem for the customer because I said that I would not continue to live and people were thirsty? After that, WeChat asked me to check out? I also want to ask where my water is sent? I deleted WeChat directly, and I don't want to say one more sentence. Normally, I want to continue my stay, so good, I went directly to the twin hotel next to me."

GGuest UserThe two beauties at the hotel front desk were so nice. They upgraded my room for free. Their service attitude was really great. The room has a smart system. Before I stayed there, I read some online reviews saying there was no hot water for showering and no air conditioning. I want to say, really, they have everything. It was a really good stay experience. It's very cost-effective, cheap and good!

The boy who helped park the car stared at the sun and took the trouble to help adjust the position until the car was parked. Also helped carry luggage into the hotel. The front desk staff are skilled, friendly and enthusiastic. Floor attendants are always available. The waiters in the restaurant are also kind and warm. The room is spacious, bright and comfortable, and the bed and bathroom supplies are clean, soft and comfortable. The breakfast is rich in variety and delicious! Free dumplings were also provided in the evening. The location of the hotel is also good, near the train station and right outside the shopping street. Buses and taxis are very convenient. The front desk staff were friendly and smiling. When I checked in, they patiently answered all my questions. They were professional and efficient. They quickly helped us with our requests, making us feel at home. Because we booked the presidential suite, the ladies arranged the layout in advance and provided us with super thoughtful service.
The cleaning lady in charge of this area that day was also very responsible. The room was spotlessly clean, the beds were tidy, the bathroom was bright and odor-free, and the public areas were always kept clean and fresh. The service attitude is super good, which makes people feel happy both physically and mentally. They greeted us when we got out of the elevator and showed us the way to our room quickly. Their efforts have created a comfortable living environment.
