I originally booked the Wyndham, but when I arrived, the restroom on the ground floor lobby had a strong, unpleasant smell, so I searched for another hotel and this one looked good. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was impressed by its light luxury style and sophisticated ambiance. The owner must have great taste and vision. The main entrance design reminded me of the Rosewood Guangzhou. All the different sections of the lobby had a fantastic design. The front desk service was excellent; they upgraded me to a suite, and the floor attendant was also very friendly and welcoming. It was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was abundant. It's just been too hot these past two days; I'll come back in summer or autumn!"

"This stay was fantastic! I brought my kids here for a winter break trip, and the front desk staff was so thoughtful, providing children's slippers and toothbrushes. When we checked out, they even gave the kids a small gift bag with toys and snacks, which they loved. The housekeeping staff was also great, providing extra pillows and blankets for us. The hotel has a gym and laundry room on the same floor, which was very convenient to use. Food delivery was brought to our room by a robot, and I highly recommend the fish noodle soup for breakfast – the Hunan rice noodles were truly delicious! We'll definitely be back."

"I found this hotel on Ctrip. It's said to be one of the best five-star hotels in Chenzhou. The lobby exudes the grandeur expected of a five-star hotel. The front desk representative, Xiao Ou, was warm and attentive, always accommodating my needs. Seeing I was traveling with my child, she upgraded me to a quieter room and provided breakfast for my child—such a thoughtful gesture. The room was clean and tidy. While it didn't have the automatic curtains and other features of some smart hotels, the service more than made up for it. The cleaning lady noticed I was doing laundry and brought me laundry detergent. She also provided a variety of fruits every day. "My overall experience at Holiday Inn Suxian was very satisfying. The service was good, and I’d especially like to mention the auntie working in the laundry room—she was warm, helpful, and made the experience even more pleasant. The hotel is very new and well maintained. Facilities include a self-service laundry (washer and dryer), a small gym, and a breakfast restaurant. There is also a small convenience store in the lobby (not 24 hours), and on the first floor of the same building you’ll find a supermarket, bakery shops, and food options, which is very convenient. "This stay exceeded my expectations! The room was very spacious, and the amenities, including the bedding, felt really high quality. I had a very comfortable stay. What really stood out were the thoughtful details, like the retractable clothesline in the shower – I’ve stayed in so many hotels where I never know where to hang my laundry. And the smart toilet was a nice touch! 👍 The breakfast was also excellent and offered a wide variety of good quality food. As for location, it’s about a 10-15 minute drive from Chenzhou West Station, 20 minutes from Beihu Park, and also about 20 minutes from the Train Head Canteen, assuming no traffic. If I had to find a fault, it would be that it's a bit far from Dongjiang Lake and Feitian Mountain – about an hour and 40 minutes respectively."

We had a pleasant stay here—thanks to Yumi and the staff for being so kind and helpful! Their bright and cheerful attitude really lifted our mood. We visited Qianzhou to go to Mangshan, and overall, the hotel was a good choice. The room was clean, and the location is slightly tucked away, so it's quiet and peaceful. There's a small shop on the ground floor where you can get snacks, and although it's mainly fruit wine, they even sell Korean soju. Most things were great, but one issue: in some rooms, there was a noticeable smell from the bathroom. It definitely needs improvement. If that gets fixed, this place would be top-tier in terms of value for money.

It's very close to the east gate of Mangshan's Five Finger Peak, perfect for a one-night stay before heading out for a hike the next morning! The rooms are decent, and there's a restaurant where you can order food, which is delicious. The B&B is nestled in the mountains, so the air is quite good, and you can enjoy some fresh air in the rest area at the entrance.

This is my second time staying at Gaoyiling Inn. The overall experience is still full. It is comfortable and comfortable throughout the whole process. I went with my friend and our stay was amazing! The room was very spacious, with two beds, and very clean. The place is located very close to the entrance of the main attraction park, and on the side you can also find unofficial hiking paths that are popular on social media. The highlight was the staff, who had the best attitude and were super friendly and helpful. You can also have a brilliant breakfast for only 10 yuan, which will give you energy for a full day of hiking. The hotel has undergone a significant upgrade after the renovation, with a noticeable improvement in quality from the lobby to the guest rooms. The front desk service was excellent. When my child scraped their arm climbing Mount Mang, the front desk promptly provided a band-aid. Later, when we returned to the hotel lobby from dinner in the rain, they asked if we got wet, which was very heartwarming, thoughtful, and comforting. The hot springs were clean, and the scenery was absolutely stunning, especially the infinity pool at dusk, which was perfect for photos. The location is convenient, and there's an underground parking garage, making parking smooth and easy. I'm very satisfied and look forward to visiting again!

The front desk service is very good. The room is clean and hygienic. There is free parking and laundry. The bed here is very comfortable and quiet. Shopping and transportation are very convenient. It was absolutely perfect. It's a shame I could only spend one day at Yangtian Lake; otherwise, I would have stayed for several days to relax and unwind. The hotel's location is unique, nestled against the hillside next to the scenic area. The staff were excellent, with two young women constantly offering to help with my luggage. The complimentary fruit, snacks, and drinks were plentiful, and the hotel's cleanliness was on par with a five-star hotel. The view upon waking up was completely worth the price. The sunrise and sunset were especially breathtaking; the views from the balcony were breathtaking. Without further ado, here are the pictures and video. Full marks! I'll definitely stay here again for another two weeks on my vacation.

The hotel is not far from the high speed railway station. If you walk from the station towards the hotel, there is a very nice restaurant which you cross during the walk. In the morning you can buy dumplings nearby. The accommodation has only smoking rooms, at least when we checked in all the rooms we could choose smelled dirty. I hoped they openen the windows every day and night to get some fresh air. At the end this is what we did. There were a lot of other guests, but we did not hear them at all. The bathroom is standard and it can use a huge cleaning. Unfortunately there are no proper (throw away) slippers. For us one night was ok because we took the train the next morning.
