JJUNGHWAN INWe had a pleasant stay here—thanks to Yumi and the staff for being so kind and helpful!
Their bright and cheerful attitude really lifted our mood.
We visited Qianzhou to go to Mangshan, and overall, the hotel was a good choice.
The room was clean, and the location is slightly tucked away, so it's quiet and peaceful.
There's a small shop on the ground floor where you can get snacks, and although it's mainly fruit wine, they even sell Korean soju.
Most things were great, but one issue: in some rooms, there was a noticeable smell from the bathroom.
It definitely needs improvement.
If that gets fixed, this place would be top-tier in terms of value for money.

GGuest UserVery impressed by the 2 front desk ladies who helped us changed our 3 nights booking to 2 nights. Didn't get their names, they worked the noon shift, 12-8pm, on 11 Dec 2025.
They could not understand Trip.com English and used a translation app to navigate through the otherwise fixed booking that did not allow for changes. It was a long process and they were very patient throughout.
Great service, highly recommended 👏

There is a small restaurant opposite the hotel, and there is also a street in the direction of the high-speed rail station. There are fruit shops and places to eat. The hotel is in a good location and the service from Xiao Guo at the front desk is very enthusiastic! The room was clean and tidy, the mattress was very comfortable and I slept well. The interior decoration of the hotel is simple and elegant, and the color matching is very comfortable. I was very satisfied with my stay this time. I met the front desk who was very enthusiastic and helped arrange an extension during the period. The service was very good and very Fast, very timely.

GGuest UserJ Hotel is relatively new, located in Wuling Square. The decoration style is very suitable for young people. The hotel is generally OK. There are McDonald's, tea restaurants, and shopping malls around it. It is very convenient and can be reached on foot. The hot water in the bathroom is very stable. The curtains are electric and can be controlled by Tmall Genie. It is very intelligent. There is central air conditioning. The ladies and brothers at the front desk are also very enthusiastic. They also recommended local specialties to us. It is delicious, but we are Cantonese and can't eat spicy food. This hotel is very cost-effective. I will recommend it to my friends. It will be a happy trip.

Hygiene: The bathtub is not clean either, so I washed it myself.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel offers great value for money. Parking is convenient, and it's right next to the main entrance of the South Gate scenic area. I originally booked one night but ended up extending for another. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and the service is attentive. The front desk staff were very welcoming, gave me tips on how to explore the area, and even recommended local specialty restaurants, which were excellent. You can also catch the sunset from the hotel. Definitely a recommended place to stay! 👍
