As an InterContinental member, my room was upgraded to a super spacious one with floor-to-ceiling windows – it was fantastic! The desk and free high-speed Wi-Fi met all my basic work needs. Breakfast was definitely a highlight! While the variety wasn't as extensive as a five-star hotel, the quality and taste were both excellent. Plus, they had Liyang's local specialty, black rice, which I absolutely loved! If I come for a business trip again, I'll definitely stay here."

"The room in Building 8 is not bad. Stayed for three nights. I would like to comment on the breakfast in particular. There are a wide variety of dishes and they are rotated every day. The taste is also good. I tried the black rice, which is soft, glutinous and sweet. The large intestine noodles are delicious. The cold dishes are different every day and are refreshing and tasty. The breakfast is very cost-effective. Many five-star hotels cannot reach this category. I hope the quality will continue to be maintained. Huang Fang in the restaurant is very warm and considerate, making me feel at home. I stayed for another night. Thank you Huang Fang. Zhao Zhuhua at the front desk answered all questions and provided enthusiastic service. Although Liyang is a niche city, it is clean and quiet and suitable for citywalk. Liyang Hotel is convenient for travel. The surrounding Gaojing Park is small and beautiful, and Yanshan Park is large and beautiful with flowers blooming in the garden. Yanhu Park is very suitable for walking. Jinling Liyang Hotel is the first choice when you come to Liyang again."

Sitting here for a cup of tea felt like being in an art gallery. The sleep experience zone, the hotel's core, meticulously displayed various DeRUCCI bedding products. Different styles of mattresses and pillows were showcased in distinct sections. The wooden flooring combined with soft overhead lighting made the entire space feel warm yet professional. Touching the fine texture of the bedding, one could immediately sense the brand's ultimate pursuit of excellence in every sleep detail. What left the deepest impression was how the hotel integrated the concept of 'healthy sleep' into every single detail. From the resting chairs in the public areas to the bedding configurations in the guest rooms, all featured DeRUCCI's core sleep products. "The lake view from the room is great, and while the facilities are a bit old, they are very clean. There are plenty of activities for all ages and seasons, making a three-day, two-night stay perfect. The hotel staff are all warm and polite and interact well with children. The hot springs are a highlight, with over thirty open, so it never feels crowded, and there are many staff members attending to them. However, the Fisherman's Wharf restaurant was a huge disappointment. A la carte options are expensive, and the set menus are limited, too salty, and the bamboo shoots were tough and unappetizing. It's definitely not suitable for two adults and one child; the only decent thing on the set menu was a fried fish roll. Furthermore, the service was abysmal. No one greeted us upon entering, and after our meal, no one asked for feedback, offered a small snack, or called a shuttle. There was absolutely no service to speak of, a stark contrast to the Hong Kong-style restaurants we've experienced. My rating is for the hotel; if it were just for Fisherman's Wharf, I'd give it only one star for the ambiance."

The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially the front desk lady, Ms. Shen, who even gave us a small gift before leaving. There's a river trekking area not far from the hotel entrance, so afterward, we could return to the hotel and continue our trip with the kids to the hot springs, swim, and more. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was delicious and reasonably priced. A perfect choice for summer water activities with kids."
