The front desk staff were warm and professional, checking in efficiently and even offering local recommendations. The room was impeccably clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very restful sleep. "The family room was a disaster. It was on the lowest floor, and the sanitation was terrible. The decor was smelly, and I guess it's rarely used. I later moved to an executive twin room, which was fine, but the air conditioning and heating weren't cold at all, and I was practically suffocating the next day. There weren't many hotels to choose from here, so I was thinking of a new one that looked grand, but I didn't expect the facilities to be so poor and the service so-so. The breakfast was okay, but there was nothing to eat after 9:30. I've noticed that breakfast here is quite stingy, as they're afraid others might eat it, and the food isn't expensive."

"My family and I were driving through the hotel and booked two rooms, one with a king bed and one with twin beds. There's a large parking lot right outside, as well as underground parking. During the hot weather, the car wasn't too hot in the basement during the day, making it convenient for those driving. The hotel was easy to find using the navigation system, located right on the road. The front desk was very attentive during check-in, and the lady at the front desk even helped with luggage. There's also a water bar in the lobby, offering a variety of thirst-quenching drinks. The hotel has a laundry room, making it very convenient for washing clothes. The rooms have separate wet and dry areas, and they were clean and quiet. The only downside was the central air conditioning, which lacked temperature control. I woke up from a fever. At 3 or 4 a.m., the outside temperature was 22 degrees Celsius, and my room was 25 degrees Celsius. Even lying in bed without a blanket, I felt a heat in my back, making it impossible to sleep. I called the front desk twice, and someone was promptly sent to check it out, taking about half an hour. The problem was resolved, but my sleep was disturbed, and it was difficult to fall back asleep, which was a bit upsetting."

After chatting with the owner, I learned that the paintings hanging in the guesthouse are all original works by contemporary artists (some of them quite famous). Every flower, every object, every corner here shows the meticulous attention paid to the owner. The food was also amazing. The scrambled eggs with tomatoes tasted like home! If I go to Xinjiang again next year, I will definitely stay here again!"

The room is adequate. It's clean but the decor is sad looking -could do with a make over. I noticed the rooms on the third floor are more modern and look less depressed. Hopefully they will update the rooms on the second floor too. The location is good as it's on a main street with lots of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was limited. It could do with some more variety.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, just at the top of a street in the ancient city. Traveling is also very convenient. The hotel is large and the environment is good. We booked a double bed room, but when we found out there was no room available, we were upgraded to a free room. The service was attentive and I was very happy! The double bed room we stayed in was also very large and very clean. Highly recommended! I will stay here again next time I go.

The proprietress was very enthusiastic, and she didn't arrive at the scenic spot to find the hotel temporarily at night. It also rained and the proprietress gave me a box. Breakfast is also good, millet porridge and cold dishes, steamed buns or something. Can add meals. Convenient to the scenic spot. So cheap, what plane do you want? The house is clean, the bathroom is not closed, the bed smells a bit smoked hahaha
