"Hotel is conveniently located 15 min walk/5 min drive to 新興客運站.  Reception, restaurant, and lobby bar service are all good. Buffet breakfast is also nice particularly for vegetarians.  Will stay here again if i visit the place next time."

"The air in Xiangwo Mountain is super good! We upgraded the hot spring bath room, which is clean and tidy and has a tea roaster that fills the room with fresh tea fragrance :) Yunquan Valley's comfortable hot springs and heated swimming pool are very good, and the other hardware facilities and food are OK. They immediately changed us to a private space with internal and balcony space. The room was very comfortable, the bedding was soft and clean, and the sleep was very fragrant. The room layout is reasonable and the space is spacious. Regarding hygiene: The sanitary condition is impeccable, both in the room and in the public area are very clean. Regarding service: from the warm and efficient check-in at the front desk, to the meticulous and thoughtful room service staff, to the active help of the restaurant waiter, every employee shows professionalism and sincerity, making us feel at home. "This was a perfect hotel for us to spend 10 days in Xinxing. Fantastic location, very close to everything we needed (especially the coach station across the road as we returned to Hong Kong from there). The staff are all lovely and super-helpful, very nice restaurant and loads of other places to eat nearby. The room was plenty large enough for us and nice & clean. Plenty of water, tissues, tea provided every day. Hotel WiFi works well but we mostly used our own SIM cards as they skip over the firewall. We are already looking forward to returning next year!"
