GGuest UserThe location is particularly good, not remote at all, close to the hospital, business district and vegetable market, daily travel, shopping and eating are particularly convenient. Bring your own underground parking lot, parking is convenient and worry-free. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, the stay experience is particularly comfortable, I will choose this one in the future!

The front desk service is really full of points, the staff is gentle and thoughtful, the processing process is efficient and not delayed, and the surrounding play and dining suggestions will be intimately informed. The whole communication is very comfortable, the service is particularly in place, I recommend everyone to stay!

GGuest UserFacilities: This hotel boasts classic old five-star amenities. Although it's a bit older, the room facilities are well-maintained and don't feel dated.
Hygiene: So-so. My companion found an item left behind by a previous guest in the pocket of the bathrobe in the room...
Environment: The natural scenery on the mountain is excellent, with lush greenery and fresh air. You can take a cable car to the mountaintop to explore and see the sea of clouds and sunrise/sunset. We left before sunset.
Service: Neither good nor bad. The front desk gave us a tea souvenir bag, which was perfect as a gift. The Xiangwo tea tasted pretty good and is worth trying.
Overall, it was a relatively pleasant trip. There weren't many hot spring pools, but it wasn't crowded when we went, so it was quite comfortable, and the kids had a great time.

SSumi1625The hotel rooms were clean and tidy, and the lake view rooms truly offered a breathtaking view of the lake. The hotel's location was excellent, right next to Guoen Temple, allowing guests to visit and pray early in the morning. The environment was also very comfortable and quiet. The hotel service was very attentive and polite, and pets were allowed, yet the hotel remained very clean. Breakfast was complimentary, including eggs, steamed buns, rice noodles, and congee, which was quite good. In short, I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance.

GGuest UserVery satisfied with an experience, the hotel has convenient transportation, the front desk lady is very good, see that we have elderly and children very active and intimate to upgrade the room, and also presented a breakfast, very pleasant surprise is that the hotel also provides free supper, the room is large and tidy, The whole family is very satisfied.

GGuest UserThe hotel is strategically located, about five minutes to go to Guo'en Temple to check in. The bedding is also very comfortable. The room is equipped with mineral water for tea in Xiangwo, and there is also tea produced by Xiangwo. This must be praised. Due to the problem of communication between the front desk and the linen staff, the card entered the room at one o'clock and still did not clean up. Fortunately, the two people came to clean up together. It will be fine for a while. I must like the sister 👍. Generally speaking, it is good.
