"It is quite hidden to find it. As there aren't many parking spaces, you need to go to the reception and he's even going to park your car where a cone is reserving the parking space for the Malu Hotel after you check-in. The bed was a bit bouncy but okay, as I didn't slept much. You can hear people talking in the corridor through the door. There was a small kitchen with a kettle and microwave. A fridge and tiny freezer in it, with bottles of water. The shower head handle was cracked so the water was leaking from there too, but I had a nice hot shower with a big towel since a long time."

"As it was my first trip to Korea, I was trying to work with the cost of a solo traveller so I booked in Suwon even though it was because I was the cheapest hotel. I can find that still caters to my needs. I will say that it was a way better experience than I anticipated. It was a quite a travel away from the actual major attractions in Korea, but Swan itself has such a beautiful atmosphere around the hotel I was able to maintain working out as they have a gym inside, which is so cute the laundry room, even the lounge in which word there was a kitchen microwave toaster oven. It was very accommodating, and even when I run into some issues with my door, and I was immediately moved to a different room which made me feel appreciated. Also great nightlife around the area."

4. The reception staff are cheerful, friendly, and always ready to help during their working hours. This was my first time staying here, so I asked for their assistance quite a lot until checkout.
5. If you plan to visit tourist attractions, you will need to take a bus for about 25–30 minutes to reach Hwaseong Fortress or Starfield Library. However, if you have a car, this hotel is definitely a great and worthwhile choice.

"The locations was great 😊, there’s a chilled street for those who like peace where the hotel is located and there are busy streets for those who like to party and it’s a walking distance. The hotel is like 7 minutes walk away from the train station which made traveling very easy. There are a lot of activities to do in Suwon . The hotel is clean and I loved the check out at 12:00 . The check in was a bit late 16:00 but it was no bother since we wanted to explore the city anyways. The service was great and there was someone who spoke a bit of English at the check in counter which is good for foreigners 💃🏽❤️"

AAnonymous UserFamily room is big with 2 queen beds. Room is clean and amenities provided is good with water dispenser machine, teabag and coffee mix at floor level. Newly built located next to arte hotel.
However, there is no shower curtain, as such the floor is pretty wet after each shower. It may be good that there are more hooks or hangers provided in a family room for 4 pax use.
Location - near many good eateries and restaurants, and drinking places. CU is just opposite the hotel which is a plus. For travellers who are not driving, its a hassle to pull your bag through uneven pavement to find the hotel. (Nearest suwon city hall stop). We requested for leave luggage at reception which was obliged before and after check in and out.

While the room isn't overly spacious, its location is super convenient. It's situated in a quiet area with excellent soundproofing, and the interior decor is elegantly cozy.
A big plus is the large convenience store located just 10 meters across from the hotel, which is incredibly handy for any last-minute purchases or necessities.

매매일 밤 네게 날아가This was my first trip to Suwon to cheer on a soccer away game. I don't have any photos of the accommodation, but the room was clean and the staff at the counter were friendly, so I had a good stay. However, the parking lot is not large, so some people may feel uncomfortable because they share the parking lot of a hospital near the hotel. Overall, I am satisfied~

GGuest UserThe price is unbeatable, and the location as well. The Hotel seems to be in the middle of restoration works, and it is quite messy and dirty in the common areas and floors, bur if you need a place to sleep in the centre, that's just perfect.
The garage got full, so I had parked outside and asked the receptionist if I could leave the car there, which he confirmed, by taking my licence plate number. Then when I came back after 22.00 the car was gone. Luckily the next receptionist helped me to get a taxi and go to get the car back. The fine was very reasonable. And the next night the garage was full again, but this time I went to the public garage instead.

KKarleneI have been coming to this hotel for a little over a year, and I never had any problems until they started making changes. I understand charging for basic amenities, but can you at least put a bar of soap in the bathroom for handwashing. I also didn't have the nice LG clothes closet that refreshes your clothes. I wasn’t able to freshen my jacket, and the mattress is also harder. They did install a bigger TV and added better TV remote directions in English with a channel listing. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I asked like I normally do, and not only was I denied, but I was also waved off as if he couldn't be bothered. I tried to tell him that I was going to the KTX, but he kept saying airport taxi across the street. Due to frustration and time constraints, I left. I didn't want to miss my train. I will definitely patron another hotel after this. Disappointed.

SSojo BrileyYeah, this hotel was interesting. It looked like the pictures provided but, it wasn't as clean. It's could stand to have an update in furniture. I truly loved the bed though, softest one I've been in since I've been traveling around korea for the past year. It's decent if you want to just go out with friends but it gives *** motel vibes so I would never bring someone I'm dating there. All and all it's not bad but it's a going out to get drunk and just need a place to lay your head kind of place.

Almost all the things in the room are written in Korean. The self-check-in machine is also all Korean. It is not friendly to foreigners. The only advantage is that the location is good. Not recommended for
