"This was the most authentic traditional stay. We stayed at the heritage apartment at Kotor Nest. The apartments are right in the center of old town, making it extremely convenient to set the base and explore the old town and the fortress. The ladies at the reception were the most amazing and helpful staff I have ever experienced. They were super kind and always on their toes and reachable. The apartment is a must experience place. Very charming and extremely well detailed still keeping the authentic old world charm, with a majestic piano, old artifacts. Do experience it once!"

"Absolutely amazing experience. The service was impeccable. Rooms were spotless and spacious. Room service was on point. Outdoor pools were not in use as it was winter but the indoor pool was heated. Great selections during breakfast, catering for pretty much every food eater. I personally took advantage of the valet service every chance I got. Took a private boat tour with my family right from the Hotel. Beyond our expectations."

"Apartments near the northern gate, registered in the registration office on its own, when the settling key was in the doors, the towels are near the stairs. The view of the building and the mountain, the room has a fan, dining appliances, air conditioning. Very loud from the street especially in the evening, good hearing. Paul was sticky, but overall everything is fine"

"We booked a small attic apartment for 5 nights. Thanks to Drazen. They let us leave our luggage until check-in. The location in the old town is very convenient. A very pretty street and surrounding area. The kitchen and utensils were generally sufficient for basic cooking. The pillows and mattresses were comfortable. A few downsides, which, however, didn't spoil the overall experience of our stay in Kotor. There's a cafe with music downstairs across from the apartment. In the evenings, it was mostly quiet, very pleasant, and usually didn't bother me. I go to bed very late, but my husband didn't like it as much (if you go to bed early or have trouble falling asleep, it can be disturbing). But one Friday night, it was incredibly loud and continued until 1:00 AM. I would also recommend using duvet covers instead of sheets under the covers! There wasn't much space to hang clothes. (((- the photo shows a clothes rack. That's all. ) The apartment is clean and tidy, but... you have to take out the trash yourself. The cleaning lady didn't come to our place during our 5-night stay, even though we were told the towels would be changed every 3 days. They didn't. If guests are supposed to clean the apartment themselves, that's fine, but it would have been logical to provide some cleaning supplies, like napkins/dustpan/brush/mop. I wouldn't buy all of them myself for a short stay. If you're staying outside the warmer months, the tiled floor feels cold in the evenings when it's already cool outside. It's better to bring warm socks and slippers. This isn't even a drawback, but rather a nice touch of staying in an old stone house during the off-season. But for a few days' stay during the quiet off-season, we were generally happy with everything. ))) Very colorful, a wonderful old town, an interesting experience! Thank you!"

"The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a lovely view overlooking the pool and out toward the sea. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the spa area, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty. The location is about a 40-minute walk to Kotor Old Town, which we didn’t mind at all as the scenic coastal views along the way made it an enjoyable stroll. One aspect that detracted from our experience, however, was the inconsistency in staff hospitality. While several team members were kind, welcoming, and helpful, the initial check-in experience was disappointing. The staff member who check us in came across as unfriendly, and another interaction included an abrupt comment along the lines of “you get what you pay for,” which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Given that similar feedback appears in other reviews, it may be worth reinforcing customer service training to ensure a consistently welcoming and respectful experience for all guests. With more consistent service, this could easily be a standout stay."

"Because I booked a hotel late, I didn’t have many choices. Hotels in the ancient city are very expensive. This Puerta apartment cost 4,000 for three nights, which is indeed very expensive. The service is average, the price is high but there is no free water, no slippers, and no cleaning service during the stay (although we generally don't need it). Arrive at noon, enter the north gate of the ancient city, go up the alley to the left of the church, and call the notice at door 505, telling you that you cannot check in before two o'clock, and you can only sit in the ice cream shop with your luggage for an hour. Later, my brother took me to a nearby alley. The room was here and the cleaning was rather sloppy. The highlight is the breakfast, a cooperative breakfast with Athos Street food, which is large and delicious. Because we had to go out early on the first day, the beauty at the dining bar made sandwiches in the evening and delivered them to our room. It was a great review! If you book early, you will definitely choose an apartment not far outside the city."

"1. From the airport Diwat to the hotel, you can take a taxi for 20 euros. There is no shuttle bus. You can only take a taxi. You can get to the old town and you will be there after you walk in. You can ask the hotel to book 15 euros when you leave. 2 The front desk of the hotel is on the second floor. You will first go to the front desk of the hotel every day including meals, you will be given two choices and then you can go to the restaurant for dinner. 3 There is a shopping mall next to the old town 4 Remember that Bank of Montenegro has not cooperated with UnionPay, and all ATMs cannot withdraw money. Also note that the bank that UnionPay cooperated with has closed down. In euros 5 Here Go up the mountain to see Kotor, the ticket is 8 euros, walk up from the old city, about 3 hours. There is also a very good boat to go to bluecave and so on (see Figure 9/11/15 for the third flight). Remember to put on the swimsuit for 2 hours, 30 Euros, the boss gave me a special price of 25 Euros, and I will go on our boat. Blue, and there are a lot of fish in it. "Hotel and room in particular are stunning, clean, spacious. Breakfast offers 2 options: continental and Montenegro. The hotel is located in the old city and it is necessary to take into account that there are many bars below, parties in which take place until 01:00. The staff at the respiratory station could not remember me for 4 days each time asking if I went to a rooftop restaurant. Asked about the transfer to Dobra Water, they said that you need to know (heard that I was discussing) but no one came back. In the restaurant on breakfast and in the restaurant roof all were very kind, remembered and very nicely communicated."

"We stayed in an apartment. The apartment is new and has everything we needed. It's located in the old town. It was hard to find at first, but the receptionist sent me the information on WhatsApp. Living in the old town is great; dining, cafes, and restaurants are all within walking distance. We recommend it."

"The hotel is part of the city wall, old and traditional decoration style, travel is very convenient, the service staff is very enthusiastic, help us book a boat and book a car is cheap, breakfast is rich, hot water is good, the only suggestion is that two handles can be installed next to the bathtub to reduce the risk of slipping.
