"My stay at the hotel was one of the most enjoyable in my entire travels across various cities and countries. The service was incredibly polite, warm, and responsive. We were upgraded to a suite with a balcony because there were vacancies and we were traveling off-season. The top floor has a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy coffee and read. I'd especially like to mention the breakfasts—simple, home-cooked ingredients and dishes, but incredibly delicious. They also helped us call a taxi to the airport; we had an early flight and were worried we wouldn't find one ourselves. I will definitely recommend them and would choose them again for accommodations in Kotor, thank you ❤️"

"It's more like an apartment than a hotel. There is no cleaning, towels and paper are also replaced, the club turns on music very loudly under the window every day from 21:30 to 01:00, there are ants in the room, the bathroom is very old and needs to be repaired"

"The hotel location is great in Dobrota, very easy access to a few of the restaurants on the bay front and around a 40 minute walk into Kotor Old town, or a 5/10 minute taxi. The hotel was lovely with a great pool area and access to a private beach bar. The breakfast buffet was fantastic - 10/10. My only gripe was the service at the beach bar, it was very hit and miss depending on who served you. One day we waited over 30 minutes for two bottled beers and a bottle of water. They have tables with a 'call for service' button, but none of the staff seem to take any notice of it and a few of the staff were very reluctant to take an order from you if you asked to order whilst they were walking past (not all of them - some were great!). They seemed to prefer the day guests vs. those who were staying at the hotel."

"Very average. The landlord has a bad attitude. There are no quilts. It is very inconvenient to store luggage. It is not safe to just throw it into the corridor! There was only one bath towel and the landlord actually said it was a quilt! !"

"Because I booked a hotel late, I didn’t have many choices. Hotels in the ancient city are very expensive. This Puerta apartment cost 4,000 for three nights, which is indeed very expensive. The service is average, the price is high but there is no free water, no slippers, and no cleaning service during the stay (although we generally don't need it). Arrive at noon, enter the north gate of the ancient city, go up the alley to the left of the church, and call the notice at door 505, telling you that you cannot check in before two o'clock, and you can only sit in the ice cream shop with your luggage for an hour. Later, my brother took me to a nearby alley. The room was here and the cleaning was rather sloppy. The highlight is the breakfast, a cooperative breakfast with Athos Street food, which is large and delicious. Because we had to go out early on the first day, the beauty at the dining bar made sandwiches in the evening and delivered them to our room. It was a great review! If you book early, you will definitely choose an apartment not far outside the city."

"This is a very nice apartment-style guesthouse located in an old villa in the old town. The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen is equipped with tableware so you can cook your own meals. There's a coffee machine for making complimentary coffee. It's very close to the intercity long-distance bus station, less than a 10-minute walk, where you can catch buses to surrounding cities."

"The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the main entrance of the old town, and the service was warm and attentive. The bedding was so-so, and the pillows were way too high… The pier is right across the street from the old town, making it very convenient for boat trips."
