"The hotel is located 10mins from the airport via taxi. All the staff at the hotel are just amazing and so helpful. The hotel is exactly in line with the Hampton by Hilton brand with large rooms which are fresh and clean. There is plenty of amenities and the restaurant has a wide range of foods which can accommodate all international travellers. The breakfast is also great with a massive range of choices. The best part is the great staff."

"Location is the best , long street full of variety of stores , restaurants and cafes, 3 to 4 minutes walk on the right is Markantalia mall and Muratpaşa station and 1000 years old Mosque. 5 to 7 minutes walk on the left is the Clock tower at the edge of old town Kaleici and Nostalgic Tram station . For the price room and bathroom was OK, wifi connection was very inconsistent. Guys at the reception are respectful and responding right away . A busy small hotel with ages old bedsheets and towels with stains. Overall stay was OK because of the quick responses from the staff . Hotel is nice and clean in the lobby, but they can do better in the rooms. Hot water ,heat always available. So for the price is a good choice."

"The hotel was great: clean and quiet rooms with a delicious, plentiful breakfast. I’ve worked at the Hilton Amsterdam before, and I think the breakfast here easily beats it. My corner room was big and comfortable, though the bathroom was a bit old and could use an update. The staff were very kind and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again."

"I stayed at this hotel during my recent trip to Turkey for dental surgery, and I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and supportive. Traveling for medical treatment can be stressful, but they went out of their way to make everything easy and comfortable for me. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily to a very high standard. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and well maintained, which was especially important while recovering from surgery. The traditional Turkish breakfast each morning was absolutely fantastic – fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety. It was the perfect way to start the day. The location is another huge plus. The hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach, making it easy to relax and enjoy the area. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for anyone traveling to Turkey and I will definitely stay here again!"

"The environment is great, right in town. If you're driving, you'll need to navigate in, and there's a small parking spot right at the entrance. The room is exactly as pictured, comfortable and quiet for sleeping. The breakfast was also excellent and very plentiful! The owner is a really good person; my friend had a severe allergic reaction and he helped us call a car to take us to the nearest hospital. Highly recommend, I'll definitely tell others about this place!"

"Excellent resort hotel, located in a perfect location on lara beach, you can feel the warmth and professionalism of the staff from the moment you enter. Most of the people who come here are white, including family travelers, team building, and people who meet in the elevator or on the beach are friendly and usually gives you a ”hello”. There are fewer Asian faces, and I guess Asians may all take ”life photos” in Cappadocia, haha. Some of the facilities in the room are a bit outdated, but they do not affect usability at all. Choosing a sea view room allows you to see the snow mountains, the ocean, and the sunset just standing at the balcony. The hotel's restaurant, bar, and café are also available almost all day long, and sometimes I don't even want to leave the hotel. Next time I visit Antalya, I will definitely stay here for a few more days!"

"1. Excellent location, 2 minutes from the beach viewpoint. You can drive into the old town, but the roads are really difficult to navigate—narrow, crowded with tourists, and sometimes closed off, making it hard to know where to go… 2. Good breakfast, the yogurt bowl was super delicious. 3. The biggest drawback is that it's too noisy. There are restaurants and bars nearby, and the music is incredibly loud. 4. The double room felt a bit old, and the cleanliness was just average. 5. The staff were very nice. Overall, recommended!"

"The room was all smoked. Although promised for ”non-smoking people.” It was a fundamental moment for me. Never cleaned. Towels were ripped. The water in the shower stood, promised to pour chemistry - so nothing did. Breakfast is on, but in a cafe over a quarter. With limited choice (1 dish and drink) - issuing a coupon per person. Of the pluses: The swimming pool on the territory, quite close to the sea, a comfortable bed, a class balcony with a view. There was no leak at the shower - quickly repaired."

"Staying here in Antalya is incredibly convenient; it's right in the city center, a 2-minute walk to the park, and you can walk along the beach all the way to the tourist pier. The hotel rooms are new, spacious, and clean, and there's a back garden filled with lemon and loquat trees, where you can find not only cats but even rabbits. A special shout-out to staff member Serkan! He speaks excellent English, making communication easy, and he was incredibly welcoming. Even though we arrived late at night, he greeted us with a very cheerful attitude, showed us around the room, invited us to try the fruit from the back garden, and even helped us store our luggage. We were truly grateful to him!"

AAdrianHTKDStylish, Spacious & Great Location Near the Beach – A Relaxing Stay in Antalya Visited in early March 2026, which is a relatively quiet time of year, making for a relaxed and peaceful stay. The hotel is easy to reach from Antalya Airport and is located on the beach road, close to the Aquarium and waterpark. First impressions are striking — the reception area is dazzling in brilliant white, giving a very modern, clean feel. Elsewhere in the hotel there are subtle red accents, while the main restaurant is completely red, which creates a bold and distinctive look. Check-in was smooth, with friendly and helpful staff who were happy to answer any questions. As it was early season, some facilities weren’t yet open, but this wasn’t an issue as there are plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops within easy walking distance. There’s also a guest information desk near the entrance if you need help planning activities. Rooms are spread across nine floors and are very spacious, with a minimalist all-white design. The low-level beds are comfortable, and each room includes a sofa and a daybed on the balcony — perfect for relaxing. Standard amenities include a safe, fridge, TV, tea and coffee facilities, and two large bottles of water replenished daily. Nice extra touches include a small sewing kit and shoe care kit. (Note: minibar items in the fridge are chargeable.) The bathroom features a large double walk-in shower, plenty of towels, and bathrobes. There are also plenty of power points throughout the room (European 2-pin plug required). A useful feature is the option to schedule housekeeping at a time that suits you. Breakfast is served on Level 0 (reception is Level 2), with room key scanning on entry. The buffet is extensive, with seemingly endless choices. There’s an egg station with freshly cooked options, hot dishes, a wide variety of breads (with toasters available), fresh muffins and cakes, fruit, salads, yogurts, fresh-squeezed orange juice, other juices including immunity drinks, plus tea, coffee and Turkish tea. Definitely more than enough to start your day well. Food and drinks are available throughout the day in the bar and restaurant, with reasonable prices. Alternatively, head out the rear gate past the pool and turn left to reach a pedestrian walkway lined with restaurants, coffee shops, dessert spots, and pastry shops — all facing the beach promenade. Beaver Coffee is a great stop, and unLock Pub is also excellent for food. Walk right instead for more local restaurants and a pleasant beach walk. Old Town is just a short Uber or taxi ride away, offering a more traditional local atmosphere. The Old Town harbour is particularly worth visiting for great views and plenty of food and drink options. Back at the hotel, the fitness facilities are impressive, with a large, fully equipped gym, fitness classes, and personal trainers available if required. There’s also an indoor pool (plus outdoor pool for warmer weather), large indoor jacuzzi pools, and a spa area featuring a Turkish bath, steam room, sauna, and relaxation area. Massages and other spa treatments are also available. There’s a seasonal water park attached to the hotel, a large aquarium directly opposite, and a shopping mall with supermarket about a 10-minute walk up the hill. Overall, a stylish, comfortable hotel in a great location — I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did 👍🏼

AAlex0050Our family ended up here by chance. We missed our flight and urgently booked this hotel late at night, as it was a convenient option not too far from the airport. We checked in at midnight, and they kindly extended our check-out to 2 PM (instead of the standard 12 PM). The hotel is small, and they only serve local alcoholic drinks, but we only wanted beer, which tastes the same everywhere, so that wasn't an issue. Our room was clean and spacious; everything worked perfectly. The grounds are compact, but I imagine most city hotels here are similar. Nevertheless, there's a decent pool, a couple of water slides, a volleyball court, table tennis, a small gym, a sauna, and so on. The service isn't like a high-end 5-star hotel, you might wait a bit for waiters, but I didn't mind going to the bar myself. The food was excellent. We only stayed for a day, so the selection wasn't huge, but everything was delicious. We'd just stayed at a much more expensive hotel before this, but my whole family preferred the food here. I also loved the area by the sea; going down there felt like being in Italy, and you could dive into the water, which was cleaner than in Belek. There's no sandy beach, but we didn't need one. Overall, even though the hotel was full, it felt uncrowded everywhere, and there were plenty of sun loungers and places to sit. To sum it up, I think we might even intentionally come back to this hotel for at least 5 days, combining it with a beach holiday in Belek. It's close to the city center, where you can take a walk for a change of scenery instead of just staying at the hotel all the time. The value for money here is excellent!

GGuest UserI would like to file a formal complaint regarding my recent stay at this hotel due to the unprofessional and uncomfortable treatment I experienced. From the beginning, the attitude of the staff, including the owner, felt cold, dismissive, and unwelcoming. On the morning of check-out, I left the hotel early to take my friend to the airport. When I returned, I found that my room had already been entered and cleaned at around 9 a.m., even though I had not checked out and the official check-out time was 12 p.m. Later, a staff member came to wake me and remind me that I needed to leave by 12, while also saying that they thought I had already gone. This is not an acceptable excuse. Entering a guest’s room and preparing it before check-out time, without confirmation, is inappropriate and disrespectful. I also had an unpleasant experience with breakfast. I had paid for two breakfasts, and when I explained that I wanted the second one because I was still hungry, the staff clearly seemed unhappy about it. I then asked for cutlery for the second breakfast, but it was never brought. This is not the guest’s responsibility. If breakfast service is offered, then it should be provided properly and without attitude. The overall behaviour of the staff made me feel judged and unwelcome throughout my stay. Even during check-out, when I returned the key card, their attitude remained unnecessarily rude and uncomfortable. It felt like they were selective about which customers they wanted and did not know how to treat paying guests with basic professionalism and respect. If the hotel believes its prices are too low for the service it provides, then it should change its pricing policy. What it should not do is accept payment and then treat guests as if they are a problem. I am submitting this complaint so that other customers do not have to face the same treatment. I hope Trip.com takes this matter seriously.

The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food. 2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception. 3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅 4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅 GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL : 1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated. 2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass. 3. The outdoor pool is nice. 4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish. 5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.

GGuest UserIt was very nice to stay in this hotel.Staff was very efficient, when asked for the iron ,Was given very quickly. Metro is out side the hotel and was very convenient to reach the hotel from the airport.Many eating places nearby.

GGuest UserThe location of this hotel is very central to my dental appointments in Lara. I know the area well so knew what to expect. The breakfast at 8pm is one of the best I have encountered when visiting Lara with ”free breakfast”. The only complaint is with the paper tiny disposable cups for tea or coffee... as Westerner I do like milk with my tea/coffee so although the cups appear adequate for Turkish tastes they become unusable. A China or larger cup would be fantastic option. The space for socialising and to eat breakfast is a small terrace at the front of the hotel is very limited. When I visited a new Irish bar was been built at the end of the ground floor corridor. Rather worryingly they were testing the sound system for that bar which was far too loud (even at 4pm) so I have serious reservations that this noise will completely drown out any peace and quiet when this bar is open. The room was large, spacious, clean and well lit The ensuite fantastic for all needs. All in all fantastic stay... would recommend and give 5 stars if the future noise from the bar will be a major concern especially if travellers are attending dental or other medical appointments

The room is cozy and bed comfortable.i stayed here 2 weeks and it felt like home. There is a restaurant next door that plays loud music until midnight so if you go to bed early and are a light sleeper donot stay in room 103. I stayed in that room one night and changed rooms. Pool side room or rooms in B building are much quiter. I opted for the dinner option and the restaurant was very good! I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

AAnonymous UserHotel is good, we were given a spacious comfortable room. Hotel staff is very kind. On the beach with the negative did not face, very welcoming were. We were on weekdays, maybe associated with it. In the restaurant a very welcoming young guy, I don't remember the name. The last day there was no cleaning, just put the paper with towels, it wasn't very nice, as after the sea the floor in the room is packed in two days. In general the hotel remained satisfied.
