"The main reason I chose this hotel is its affordable price (incl. with breakfast) and location close to Muratpasa tram station and Mark Antalya (Shopping Mall). The breakfast was delicious (I like the scrambled egg with potatoes and salad). The room is nice (with a small refrigerator, kettle, complimentary water, tea and coffee), AC, shower and toilet amenities. The receptionist should be more friendly. No smile at all."

TTatyana GolubevaThis is not my first time staying at this hotel. As always, the service is excellent. I asked to choose a room, went and looked and chose the one I liked the most. Everything is cleaned clean in the morning, they bring water. The view is very beautiful. I liked the breakfasts. The dinners have become worse, the choice is smaller and rather meager for this category of hotel. I really liked the Spa, the staff, especially the non-Russian speakers, are very friendly (the Kazakh girl communicates impudently, leaving an unpleasant aftertaste). It is also nice to lie down near the pool. There is a comfortable sun lounger on the balcony. And this time there were new soft large robes. For some reason there was no shower cap and toothbrush with toothpaste, it is unclear sometimes there is, sometimes not. It was very nice to receive a compliment from the hotel - a plate of fruit and a bottle of wine. Thank you very much, I will definitely come back. It is nice that the staff responds very quickly to requests. Many Russian speakers.

ССветлана БорейкоWe stayed at the hotel from Jan 3rd to Jan 5th. We absolutely loved it. The hotel lobby is simply stunning, and the glass elevators are mesmerizing. We were on the 7th floor, closer to the 'nose of the airplane' section. We barely heard any road noise. The grounds are excellent, with lots of spots to walk, sit, or just stand around, plus a playground for kids. The wide beach strip probably has enough space for everyone in the summer. The crowd was more intimate, mostly older foreign guests. Perhaps it was off-season. The room wasn't huge, but everything was well-thought-out and functional. There's a coffee machine in the room, robes, and all the usual toiletries in the bathroom. The mini-bar is refilled regularly, all standard. The bars have good alcohol, and while the restaurant didn't offer super gourmet dishes, the food was delicious – you won't go hungry. The staff are friendly and really try their best. We enjoyed our stay; the off-season price was very reasonable. I recommend it and would love to return in the summer.

GGuest UserGood hotel, but not for a beach holiday!!! Gorgeous lobby and reception area!!! Great food and service!!! Absolutely not thought out territory, everything is very uncomfortable, bad pools and areas next to them, very bad mattresses and pillows, poor soundproofing of the rooms!!! You can only go here as a business hotel for 1-3 days!!! For the third day, we ask you to make us play a volleyball court, but only promises, everyone has already been crippled on it !!! I do not recommend this hotel for a beach holiday!

The only things that could be improved are the limited in-room amenities – there were no toothbrushes or combs – and the room size. The basic room type is really only suitable for one person.

AAlex0050Our family ended up here by chance. We missed our flight and urgently booked this hotel late at night, as it was a convenient option not too far from the airport. We checked in at midnight, and they kindly extended our check-out to 2 PM (instead of the standard 12 PM). The hotel is small, and they only serve local alcoholic drinks, but we only wanted beer, which tastes the same everywhere, so that wasn't an issue. Our room was clean and spacious; everything worked perfectly. The grounds are compact, but I imagine most city hotels here are similar. Nevertheless, there's a decent pool, a couple of water slides, a volleyball court, table tennis, a small gym, a sauna, and so on. The service isn't like a high-end 5-star hotel, you might wait a bit for waiters, but I didn't mind going to the bar myself. The food was excellent. We only stayed for a day, so the selection wasn't huge, but everything was delicious. We'd just stayed at a much more expensive hotel before this, but my whole family preferred the food here. I also loved the area by the sea; going down there felt like being in Italy, and you could dive into the water, which was cleaner than in Belek. There's no sandy beach, but we didn't need one. Overall, even though the hotel was full, it felt uncrowded everywhere, and there were plenty of sun loungers and places to sit. To sum it up, I think we might even intentionally come back to this hotel for at least 5 days, combining it with a beach holiday in Belek. It's close to the city center, where you can take a walk for a change of scenery instead of just staying at the hotel all the time. The value for money here is excellent!

You can drive into the old town, but the roads are really difficult to navigate—narrow, crowded with tourists, and sometimes closed off, making it hard to know where to go… 2. Good breakfast, the yogurt bowl was super delicious. 3. The biggest drawback is that it's too noisy. There are restaurants and bars nearby, and the music is incredibly loud. 4. The double room felt a bit old, and the cleanliness was just average. 5. The staff were very nice. Overall, recommended!

GGuest UserThis was our first family(6 of us)trip to Antalya and a great decision to stay at this hotel. It has excellent amenities with polite and courteous staff. It was also first time we’d taken the ‘All Inclusive’ option and were very pleased. As well as using the main restaurants, I would strongly recommend pre-booking (1 day in advance)other ala carte Mongolian,Mexican and Sushi restaurants.The food here is great with excellent service and is included in the all inclusive option.There are a couple of cafe’s that serve unlimited hot and cold drinks. The hotel is set on a large area with 3 outdoor swimming pools and own private beach area with beautiful gardens.They also have daily entertainment activities. I would also recommend use of other amenities such Sauna and Jacuzzi(again free).The rooms were spotlessly cleaned daily. It’s in a relatively quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the old bazar/city. Overall I would strongly recommend this hotel for value as we found it cheaper than other 5* hotels in the Lara beach area.

GGuest UserI've stayed at many Rixos hotels in different countries. Some of their hotels have the 'Premium' designation. However, this Rixos Downtown Antalya is NOT Premium. So, I don't understand some of the demanding reviews. The hotel doesn't hide the fact that it's an older, standard 5-star property, but with good service. Basically, if you don't expect premium when it's not advertised, everything will be fine. The grounds are very compact, but they have everything you need for a small, comfortable vacation. No, there's no salmon for breakfast, but the food is quite varied and high-quality; Rixos stays true to itself in this regard. The room was good (we had a Comfort room with a sea view), and everything was in working order, including the bathroom. No dirt, mold, or other common issues with older hotels were noticed. Housekeeping was done daily. I only noted one downside: the double bed had two single mattresses covered by one sheet. By morning, they would separate, so one of us would wake up in the gap between the mattresses. The pillows were also uncomfortable, and there was no pillow menu. Otherwise, everything was great. The heated pool was 29-30 degrees Celsius, there's a spa, hammam, Russian steam room, and Finnish sauna. The landscape is picturesque, and they have good bicycles (free of charge) for rides along the sea.
