"Overall, I liked the hotel. However, it definitely needs a renovation or at least a deep clean, especially the bathroom. The biggest issue was that the shower drain was completely blocked; the water would just stand and overflow. Standing in water while showering was very unpleasant. The rooms are small, and it felt cramped for two people. We had a tiny window looking out onto a wall, but it didn't bother us much since we only came back to sleep. The location is excellent, and that's the hotel's main advantage. The staff are responsive. Breakfasts are modest, but what was actually edible included boiled eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes, and two types of cheese. That was enough for us."

TTatyana GolubevaThis is not my first time staying at this hotel. As always, the service is excellent. I asked to choose a room, went and looked and chose the one I liked the most. Everything is cleaned clean in the morning, they bring water. The view is very beautiful. I liked the breakfasts. The dinners have become worse, the choice is smaller and rather meager for this category of hotel. I really liked the Spa, the staff, especially the non-Russian speakers, are very friendly (the Kazakh girl communicates impudently, leaving an unpleasant aftertaste). It is also nice to lie down near the pool. There is a comfortable sun lounger on the balcony. And this time there were new soft large robes. For some reason there was no shower cap and toothbrush with toothpaste, it is unclear sometimes there is, sometimes not. It was very nice to receive a compliment from the hotel - a plate of fruit and a bottle of wine. Thank you very much, I will definitely come back. It is nice that the staff responds very quickly to requests. Many Russian speakers.

ССветлана БорейкоWe stayed at the hotel from Jan 3rd to Jan 5th. We absolutely loved it. The hotel lobby is simply stunning, and the glass elevators are mesmerizing. We were on the 7th floor, closer to the 'nose of the airplane' section. We barely heard any road noise. The grounds are excellent, with lots of spots to walk, sit, or just stand around, plus a playground for kids. The wide beach strip probably has enough space for everyone in the summer. The crowd was more intimate, mostly older foreign guests. Perhaps it was off-season. The room wasn't huge, but everything was well-thought-out and functional. There's a coffee machine in the room, robes, and all the usual toiletries in the bathroom. The mini-bar is refilled regularly, all standard. The bars have good alcohol, and while the restaurant didn't offer super gourmet dishes, the food was delicious – you won't go hungry. The staff are friendly and really try their best. We enjoyed our stay; the off-season price was very reasonable. I recommend it and would love to return in the summer.

GGuest UserGood hotel, but not for a beach holiday!!! Gorgeous lobby and reception area!!! Great food and service!!! Absolutely not thought out territory, everything is very uncomfortable, bad pools and areas next to them, very bad mattresses and pillows, poor soundproofing of the rooms!!! You can only go here as a business hotel for 1-3 days!!! For the third day, we ask you to make us play a volleyball court, but only promises, everyone has already been crippled on it !!! I do not recommend this hotel for a beach holiday!

GGuest UserRight above the Roman harbor, it's convenient to get anywhere! The hotel is in the old town, and surprisingly, it has many rooms. Breakfast is filling, though Turkish breakfasts are pretty much all the same.

We missed dinner when we checked in, but they thoughtfully prepared a meal for us – big thumbs up! 👍 It was quite chilly in February with all the rain, and we couldn't figure out the AC at night. We thought there wasn't any and endured two nights, only to find out at check-out that it did have heating. They even said they could have moved us to another room if we had reported it. The food is definitely the highlight here; breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all incredibly good value and varied. Especially with prices skyrocketing in Turkey, we didn't even touch the entertainment facilities and still felt it was a fantastic deal. Oh, and they gave us roses on Valentine's Day! 🌹 Thank you so much! 😍

JJiangdoudouzi1. Excellent location, 2 minutes from the beach viewpoint. You can drive into the old town, but the roads are really difficult to navigate—narrow, crowded with tourists, and sometimes closed off, making it hard to know where to go… 2. Good breakfast, the yogurt bowl was super delicious. 3. The biggest drawback is that it's too noisy. There are restaurants and bars nearby, and the music is incredibly loud. 4. The double room felt a bit old, and the cleanliness was just average. 5. The staff were very nice. Overall, recommended!

GGuest UserPROS Hotel and rooms look fairly new with high quality finishes and nice hotel smell. Nice sea and mountains view. Nice pool area and outdoor seating. Proximity to restaurants and bars (walkable). Very friendly personnel. Complementary Pillow menu (3 pillow types). Complementary water in minibar. CONS Small / tiny bathrooms and small rooms. No balconies and through tinted windows sea view is significantly dulled, Breakfast £30 per person (feels too steep for Turkey) and pricy A-la-cqrte compared to nearby restaurants (even more expensiveones),. Not all floors have both heating and cooling. We stayd in December and got a heated floor. Reception offered to relocate to a cooled floor if we are too hot. Our room was 26C when we entered, we kept the window open all the time, and it was OK eventually. Just did not expect this in a 5* hotel Rooms not well soundproofed we heard people talking in adjacent rooms, furniture moving on upper floors, neighbours shower running in bathroom. None of the above were major issues for us, just not sure if this is as expected for a 5* hotel. Will I stay there again? Probably not.
