"Hotel was clean and comfortable. Good location to 6th St, although one needs to travel to 6th Street East which is a bit of a walk. Hotel is quiet at night. One note about the AC condensation pumps - they go off with a good deal of frequency. They will provide earplugs and a white noise machine. Just an observation for those ahead of time. The hotel was quick to make sure the pump was clean."

"This hotel is convenient to Town Lake located along I 35. Unfortunately room location was terrible. I had a view of the garage wall and traffic noise off I 35.was aplifirhed.  Truck and motorcycles are very loud. We got very little sleep. I would not recommend this hotel if you think you might get a restful sleep."

"1. To make the stay best decide if you’re driving or using a taxi . If you drive be sure to check in first then park in front of the hotel unpack then park in the weworks parking . Works best with small cars big cars are hard to park there .  2. The rooms are like the luxury hotels in Japan . All iPad controlled from tv , lights , to blinds . 7/11 , grocery stores, gyms , luxury restaurants and bars even a bus stop all literally less than a few steps away. Very clean and very nice staff  .  I would stay again but just chose to park else where when going ."

"This hotel has so many intangibles. Being a boutique the experience feels very tailored and relaxing. I could spend all day at the pool but there is so much within walking distance to take advantage of. I'm so glad we had my wife's birthday here and had friends from out of town to join us. Because of the location, clean sophisticated style, and attention to detail I would classify it as a premiere downtown experience for those looking to soak up all that downtown Austin has to offer."

My room was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect rest after a long day of travel. The room’s modern amenities, including a large flat-screen TV and fast Wi-Fi, made my stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of my visit was the complimentary breakfast offered each morning. The selection was impressive, with a variety of options to suit every taste. "Good location in the downtown area. The hotel is new. You need to become a hotel member (register at the counter) to receive complimentary water, which I didn’t know on my first night. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t bother to explain that membership was required, even for something as basic as water, when I initially declined to register. Lastly, I found it hard to sleep at night due to the noise from the AC, as I’m very sensitive to sound. Overall, though, my experience was pretty good."
