Spacious flat with good sized rooms, a living room, dining area and full sized kitchen. Beds were comfortable, AC was excellent. Service was very attentive. We had a great stay in Ipoh.

for my expectation it will be same with other homestay but when check in i fill like wowwww so asthetic for this apartment and my family said please repeat again when come here.

Owner should really improve on the cleanliness. The floor was little sticky, the toilet has stains, doors are rusted MOST IMPORTANTLY, the toilet paper provided has dirty stains. And i asked for tissue paper but owner say tissue paper is not provided. Ok, but its abit weird to not have tissue paper.
Apart from that, the location was okay. Good choice
also, a small recommendation is to add hooks in the toilet for us to put our towels and clothings.

The apartment was in a great location. It was very bright and clean and comfortable. There was an amazing rooftop pool plus lots of other facilities that looked great too. The host was very helpful. I would definitely stay again.
