register at ground floor, have to go up to 12th floor for key collection.
room was a decent size but toilet and bathroom was old despite recent renovation.
There is a convenience store in ground floor, so that was a plus

The room was good and comfortable. However, the bathroom was quite small and the shower area felt rather dark. Towels provided were a bit thin and could be improved in quality.
On the positive side, the security guard was very helpful in assisting with our luggage, which we truly appreciated. One thing to note is that check-out is at Level 12 instead of the lobby, which may be slightly confusing for first-time guests.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient, near the city and easy to access. The staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were good, suitable for business travellers. Overall, a pleasant stay.
