The room and toilet is quite clean but the sound proof not so good as can hear people talking at corridor. Extra bed with breakfast can be added at RM108. Basement car park is available at RM2 per 24 hours with multiple entry, need to validate the card at reception counter. Buffet breakfast is quite nice with variety of local style food like nasi goreng Kampung, ketupat, nasi lemak, roti canai, roti jala, nasi dagang, rendang, laksa, kuih melayu and etc. Several desert, bread and fruits are available as well. In overall, it was a good stay for my family.

Stayed here for the 1st time. Room was spacious for my family of 4. The room and toilet were clean. Breakfast buffet was good. Variety of foods 👍🏻

Overall, good hotel, but I wouldn’t give 5 stars for cleanliness mainly due to loose hairs scattering around on the bathroom floor.

Nice scenery of unblock view.
Friendly counter staff/mgr and speedy response from maintenance staff.
Will come again when promo price is given.
Good location of hotel , that is short driving distance to old town and concubine lane.

The hotel location beside the river is good. The room have been updated but the 2 key things to further upgrade is the TV (too small) and the air conditioning efficieny as it takes so long to feel cold in the room. The breakfast is definitely the highlight of our stay as it brings back nostalgia and good authentic food with vast choices. The swimming pool is also good for the kids and for adults, we enjoyed the pool. The riverfront are with choices of simple cafe and restaurants that open in the evening.

Overall, it was an okay experience staying there. Cleanliness could be improved. There’s a variety of food for breakfast, and it was delicious !

The water drain was clogged, the room was dull, had to ask to change rooms even though I was too tired.
