The front desk staff were super accommodating and friendly! As were all of the employees at this location. Everyone went out of their way to make sure people were cared for. It’s close to most places in Irmo.

The hotel room itself was nice and spacious. The breakfast was sparse and the employees were rude except for the front desk clerk. She was very nice but the folks in the breakfast area were rude to everyone and there was barely anything out to eat. We had to ask multiple times for any type of bread to run through the toaster. The eggs were actually a shade of green. I have photos and a video if you need them.

Great staff , clean rooms , quiet safe area , coffee and water was available upon arrival. Definitely would recommend tho I have had the Hyatt experience before always great to ease travel lag with family, spacious suite style rooms.

Very noisy at the property. People yelling and running down hallways all night. Ended up checking out at 3am after i couldnt sleep.

This is one of the most customer-friendly hotel experiences that I have had. The staff at the front desk were beyond welcoming and did an excellent job informing me of the various amenities within the hotel. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! Finally, the room was spacious and comfortable. I will not stay at any other hotel, when I visit Columbia, SC., unless this hotel is fully booked. To the management team and entire staff, thanks for all you do!
