The hotel is very nice, quiet, clean. Rooms are big and comfortable.The staff if very polite and helpful at any time! Definitely will come back, but we will use taxi, not their transfer.
The transfer car doesn't have belts behind or in the front! So is not possible to put the car-seat for kids. We were suggested to hold the seat with baby inside with our arms... So we just use the taxi with a safety car-seat for kids instead, is not that far to drive from airport, so price was very low.

There is one lady doing it all: check-in, cooking, room service etc. but she has a sense of humor and very very nice. Even though our stay was only overnight, we enjoyed it very much. 5 min to the airport

We traveled with 2 kids (5 y/o and infant). This place had everything (crib, high chair, kids tab, toys) to accommodate our stay with children. Very kids friendly.

The hotel is located near Sheremetyevo, BUT the free shuttle goes only to Terminal B. If you need to go to Terminal D, you need to take a taxi. It will cost an extra 300 rubles. The location is VERY inconvenient. There is nowhere to go out just for a walk. The hotel does not have an elevator, there are only two rooms on the first floor. And if you're unlucky, drag your suitcases up yourself. There is no restaurant or place where you can eat. All the food is prepared in advance and heated in the microwave. I would not recommend this hotel.

Забронировали через интернет площадку,приехали в девять вечера жена пошла узнавать куда припарковать машину,подождав недолго пошёл сам и узнаю что у них места на парковке(хотя везде написано что есть парковка и даже могут оставить машину пока вы отдыхаете),на просьбу вернуть тогда деньги и мы поедем в другое место ,админ исчезла на 5мин ,я ушёл в машину искать отель,вышел мужчина как я потом понял работник выгнал свою машину и нас припарковали.номер средний грязно на полу убираются поверхностно про шкафы сверху и изголовье кроватей лучше не смотреть.по поводу шума отдельная тема слышны самолёты постоянно и если заснули то с утра начинается крики стуки от уборщиц просто жесть.завтрак слов нет благо есть рядом заправка где можно купить кофе.СЮДА БОЛЬШЕ НЕ НОГОЙ

За вами приезжает , грязная машина и вонючая машина , в нее не то что чемодан страшно поставить еще и ехать самим 🤦♀️В номерах не работает сантехника , питание дешевея прилешевая столовая не вкусно не аппетитно . Просто деньги на ветер и плохое настроение . Очень печатная гостиница не рекомендую

Заселилась 29 февраля 2024 г. Хамка администратор!!!! Уважаемое Руководство данной гостиницы, прошу разобраться, и научить вашего "администратора" культурно разговаривать!!!! Также ваш администратор сказал что я хамила, я попросила разговаривать не с высока, мы с самолёта прибыли, и нам не дохамства. Такде попросили решить нашу проблему, по предоставлению холодильника, однако нам было отказано. Прошу просмотреть запись видео разговора....
