A really super hotel, outstanding food of fine-dining quality and nice indoor and outdoor pools. Our room was spacious, clean and modern. It's a shame that Austrian hotels don't include tea-making facilities in rooms but you can't have everything!

We have just returned from a holiday at Hotel Post and were absolutely delighted with the quality and service at this hotel. We have visited The Alps many times and this is without doubt the best hotel we have stayed in. The facilities at the hotel are first class. We had a lovely room with lots of space and storage, a comfortable bed, high quality bathroom and a balcony with wonderful views. The pool and spa facilities were excellent with a great choice of steam rooms and saunas to enjoy. We also very much enjoyed the sauna infusion and steam room sessions carried out by the Sauna Meister. The food at the hotel was superb, with an excellent choice of cold and hot food for breakfast and a 6-course evening meal. We particularly liked the evenings with buffet starters and desserts where the choice was extensive and of high quality. The hotel offered daily guided walks which were excellent, Jonas (the guide) was great and would modify trips depending on the abilities of the group. We wanted to do a more challenging walk and he took us on a hike tailored to our needs. The guided hikes were also a great opportunity to get to know other guests in the hotel. A final mention must be made about the staff at the hotel, everyone was so friendly and helpful and service was excellent in every way. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and if we come back to this area again, we will definitely be staying at Hotel Post. Thanks to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable.

We are recently back from a weeks holiday at the Hotel Post in Ischgl and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! It is an absolutely superb hotel in terms of location ( a beautiful area in Austria) and the quality and service provided by the hotel. The staff in all area worked tirelessly to ensure all the guests had an enjoyable relaxing experience. The food was first class lovely breakfasts to help fuel all the outdoor activities and a five course evening meal. The hotel has two amazing swimming pools indoor an outdoor and several outstanding saunas. This hotel has a special ethos that is present in all its staff members; they work not only as team but as part of a family. This creates a very warm and welcoming atmosphere for the guests. A special thank you for all the activities provided Yoga, Stretching, and Hiking. Jonas our walking guide tailored the walks to make sure everyone in the group had and enjoyable experience. We will definitely be back!

Just back from our week in the Hotel Post and it was absolutely excellent in every way. Our room was lovely and spotlessly clean as is the whole hotel. The food was brilliant, could not fault a single thing. The staff were lovely although I did get the wrath of Alexander on my first morning when I asked for some guidance, he was extremely rude & sharp and didn't stop to help one bit, have to say I was pretty shocked by his behaviour, but all other staff were first class.

Great location and lovely, welcoming and friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. Spacious, comfortable rooms and outstanding food every night. The hotel’s walking guide visited each table each evening to give inspiration and recommendations for hiking in the area, which was a great touch. Shout out to Jonas, the hotel’s other guide, who led varied and interesting tours during our stay. All-in-all: faultless! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel that’s very warm and friendly but with a bit of luxury. I’m going to start with the food, because I love food, and the food at this hotel was exceptional! We stayed for two weeks and every evening the menu was different. Extremely inventive and perfectly executed. The staff are really friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well-designed with some great views of the mountains from the balconies. The pools (indoor and outdoor) are great for relaxing in after a day trekking or for playing in with the kids. The spa is very impressive and up there with any top destination spa. I’d thoroughly recommend this hotel to both couples and families. I went with my wife, two children (7 and 5) and aunt and uncle (both 100+ ) and we all loved it!

Wow! This hotel is just amazing and I cannot recommend it highly enough. We have just returned from our second trip to Hotel Post. We stayed in a suite which was delightful and luxurious. The bathroom even had its own sauna as well as a huge bath tub. The rooms have loads of storage space. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job at swooping into the room and making it beautiful while we were at breakfast every day. The food is incredibly delicious and delightfuly presented at dinner. The waitresses were all thoroughly lovely and helpful. Our children had a very wide ranging Kid's menu to choose from. We all loved the breakfast buffet and the chef who cooked omlettes, pancakes, fried and scrambled eggs at her station was very kind and friendly. The pool has indoor and outdoor parts so you can swim and look at the mountain views outside or enjoy the range of jets, sprays and crazy river that operate on rotation after 2pm every afternoon. There were enough sun longers outside by the pool most of the time and lots of cushions and parasols. The spa had a lovely range of free cordials to drink, herbal teas and fruit and nut snacks. The spa downstairs was for people over 16 only which meant it was wonderfully peaceful. There were so many different spa rooms to choose from that were all included in the cost of the stay. Obviously, massages etc were extra. There was also a kids' club included in the package if you enquired at Reception about it. We were absolutely delighted that our children were entertained on 4 afternoons of our visit from 1-4pm. The children loved their outings with Yasmin and rated it as the best part of the holiday (apart from the chocolate pancakes.) There were also 2 electronic game tables outside the main dining room with room for several children to sit around them. These had a range of fun games and were extremely popular with our children. The hotel is also in a great location for visiting a huge range of utterly incredible playgrounds which the children loved and gave us some peace. The free Silvretta resort card meant that we could use the lifts and buses as much as we wanted. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and can certainly imagine that we will return in the future.

The hotel could not be in a better position. Extremely welcoming and at the same time homely. Best hotel food ever with a completely different menu daily. The staff are all so courteous and efficient. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
