Jungle suite was nice, check in ok. Location is very nice, breakfast ok, but underwhelming. Check out a disaster, staff incompetent

We got a bait and switch on the room and was told you have to book the room through them to get the room you want. They gave me some drinks but ultimately we weren’t happy with our room.

Had a splendid time at Casa Morada. Very quiet, secluded, quaint and romantic little spot that has spectacular views of the gulf. the staff was very friendly, helpful and accomodating. We only spent one night but definitley will be going back.

Casa Morada was an excellent stay for our honeymoon. We were especially grateful as we arrived to the resort later in the evening and the front office staff was still able to check us in! Great place and amazing views!
