Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at The Bosphorus Reviews

The stay at the Bosphorus Four seasons was awesome, particularly the service at the hotel’s restaurant and the arranged tour. The concierge was really friendly too! The below is a photo of the food at aqua (hotel’s restaurant)

Fantastic property right by the waters of Bosphorus. Very friendly staff and amazing facilities. It also has a free transfer to the other Four Seasons in Istanbul at Sultanahmet - great way to explore both amazing properties.

There is nothing wrong about this hotel

It's not as good as the photos. The facilities in the room are very old, which may be the reason for the renovation of the palace, but you can try the turkish bath in the hotel, it's not bad

From the easy registration ( even though it was only 9am, I was assured that my room was ready for me ) to my final departure, this stay was absolutely marvelous. Fabulous flowers, just amazing! My room, on the Bosporus side was stunning as well as luxurious . The beautiful round window overlooking the Bosporus made my day. Great attention was paid to security without losing gracious hospitality. My private guides and I connected seamlessly. There is an open air cafe as well as a restaurant right on the river. The buffet breakfast was so delightful; you also can have your eggs done to order. The pastries were endless, as well as a varied selection of jams, jellies, and Turkish honeys. Although it was a brief stay to sightsee before departure on a cruise ( the modern port was close by for small cruise ships), I enjoyed myself so much, I’d love to go back.

the arrival welcome is heart warming and departure makes you feel like leaving home with friendly and caring family members.

In the morning, I called the reception to ask what time the hair salon on the -1st floor opens, they told me 8 am, but it was closed when I went. Later, I was told that today is a holiday (Kurban Bayram) and they open at 10 am. I went at 10 am and was told the stylist would be there in 10 minutes, even though before going, I had asked if they already had a stylist and if I could come. I was very unhappy about this! Otherwise, the hotel is very nice, and the seafood restaurant is very tasty!

What not to like about this gorgeous hotel! It was our third visit and probably not the last. Service is impeccable from the moment we stepped in. Rooms are gorgeous with attentive service. This is an old ottoman place and they will make you feel like a sultan. Breakfast is phenomenal in a grandiose setting right on the Bosphorus! We decided our third time in Istanbul to have dinner twice in their Turkish restaurant and we loved it. A special thanks to Emre who waited twice on us and was exceptional. The hotel provides now free shuttle by sea to the old town which a big help to avoid crazy Istanbul traffic besides the fact it’s a cruise on the Bosphorus. I tried the gym which I think is open to the public and is fully equipped. We can’t wait to come back a fourth time!

I spent a week at the Four Seasons Bosphorus hotel in Istanbul. The hotel located location is a bit worn out and needs some work, but the room was super clean, the service was great, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel view was great. I had a great time in Istanbul and at the Four Seasons Bosphorus hotel.

I loved this hotel, it is a pearl at the Bosphorus Fresh natural smoothies , a wide variety of jams Breakfast location and variety of food is superbe , we watched the dolphins passing by Services & friendlyness of staff is 10/10 I loved every minute

le in my account. This is a huge inconvenience and one that could have been prevented by the correct check out information being provided. I left the hotel very dissatisfied and significantly out of pocket. This is not what I expect from a Four Seasons.

I thought it was all a little dated, rooms really do need a refurb. The property its self is lovely and very grand and right on the Bosphorus. You need to get a taxi to most places as its not the most central location. The spa area was nice but again all a bit dated. For the money I think you can do better than the FS Bosphorus.
