One of the best hotel in Paris .. atmosphere and ambiance was super comfy .. all team was very kind and helpful .. our room was always clean.. and the hotel was so close to everywhere.. Concierge team and chef of concierge was amazing they arrenged everything for us we could find every restaurant and cafe’s reservations cos they did it for us .. we loved it so much that we will come back soon !

The location of this hotel is good, it is convenient to go anywhere, it is next to the Four Seasons Hotel, and you can always see the police at the door, which makes you feel safe. The room is not big, but the hotel service is good. Breakfast is a la carte, not a buffet

Although the interior is quite new, it feels cheap and not worth the price.

The location of the hotel is good and easy to find, just on the side street of the Champs Elysees. It's very convenient to travel, the service is OK, and the room space is average.

超級超級超級棒的酒店！！ 設施：由於帶着長者孩子不想住太過陳舊的酒店選擇了這家。房間設施非常好，很新很乾凈。非常舒適。尤其套房露台景色很美。 環境：屬於巴黎最好最安全的街區，隔壁都是寶格麗四季等頂奢酒店。可以步行到凱旋門，離熱門景點也都非常近。 服務：服務非常非常好！ 入住每個房間都會有歡迎糖果巧克力，小朋友還會有小禮物。每天晚上床頭也會有一塊晚安巧克力。所有工作人員都超級nice！非常熱情！尤其一位高高大大的白人大叔，真的很好。會給小朋友拿超多的糖果～對客人的需求也是有求必應，無微不至。早餐偶爾起晚是會等我們再收餐的，雖然品種不多，但每天都吃得很開心。 是我還會再次選擇的酒店！為旅途增添了很多美好回憶～

Our family had a wonderful stay at Hôtel de Sers. Even though our booking was made through an online travel site, Mathieu Clain (Room Division Manager) and his team were incredibly flexible and responsive when our plans changed last minute and an extra family member joined - during the super busy Paris Fashion Week!! They went above and beyond to arrange a larger room (an Executive Suite) so we could stay together, offering practical solutions that spared us from finding another hotel. We were surprised with a lovely side view of the Eiffel Tower, and when our family member returned early to Australia, the hotel waived the upgrade fee for the final night, allowing us to stay in the larger room without moving or extra cost — a truly kind and thoughtful gesture. The location is excellent, the rooms are beautifully renovated, and the front desk team is warm and welcoming. The restaurant staff even prepared coffee and croissants to take away for our early flight. Overall, Mathieu and his team were fabulous — professional, kind, and genuinely committed to their guests. Their care made our Paris stay unforgettable.

Good location, kind and friendly staff, clean and well maintained. Despite business during fashion week peak, hotel was well managed and staff were very professional from check in all the way to check out.

I fell in love with Hotel de Sers. From the wall welcome at the reception by the charming Vikash to the beautifully designed rooms, the stylish bar, the choice of linen in the rooms, the quality of the slippers, excellent house keeping - it was all exceptional. For anyone looking to stay at a incredible location (just off Champs Elysee) in a boutique hotel designed for luxury, this is the best choice.
