In general, a very poor stay experience. The map shows a five-star hotel, but the actual feeling is only three and a half stars. The main points are as follows:
1. The hotel is relatively remote, not in a main block and the whole is relatively old
2. Facing the street, it will be noisy
3. The hotel does not provide water, no simple tea bags, coffee
4. Among the toiletries provided by the hotel, there is no disposable toothpaste, toothbrush, and shower gel…

The hotel does not live up to the level of 4 stars.. The bathroom is not clean and the TV channels are very limited.. Sounds and disturbance.. as there is no insulation between the rooms and floors. I will not stay. The breakfast is very limited.. I will not live in the hotel again.. To be honest, the staff was excellent. The hotel is very kind and friendly and I thank them.

The hotel is completely terrible, it doesn't even deserve 2 stars considering it says 5 stars. My advice to you is to go here, the guy who will be the boss is rude and a disgrace, the employees are very inexperienced, it's a tourist scam center.

Outdated and dirty hotel. Not very pleasant staff. Uncomfortable mattress. I don't know where the 5 stars come from since the hotel is barely 1 or 2 stars The breakfast is barely edible and is an insult to Turkish cuisine I asked for a taxi at check out , the price communicated was higher than that charged when you got there..and the hotel asks that you pay the taxi bill to them in advance and not to the taxi driver.so big scam

apart from 2 very friendly people in this hotel (a young blond man and a lady at the reception) all the rest is bad or even dirty, they will charge on arrival so you are forced to stay,, very dirty room, they we changed it, dilapidated hotel, lousy breakfast (no juice, butter,,) the girl at breakfast doesn't even know how to make tea, she had boiled the tea!! in short between 1 and 2 stars, do not give towels every day, you have to ask for toilet paper,,, really disaster,, go to the entrance of the hotel you will understand the rest,,,
